I live very far away from this place but it was highly recommended for service to my Janome machine. Upon walking through the door, I was greeted and welcomed. Quinton gave me all of his attention and handled my machine with such care. He explained how the services worked, the charges for the service and expected time of completion. I felt very comfortable leaving my machine there and look forward to sewing without worrying about the tension issues. This will be my go-to place for service from now on.

I recently purchased an embroidery machine here, and I had a wonderful experience doing so. Brenda went above and beyond to help me with all of my questions and determining exactly what machine would be best for me. A few months ago I had my Janome HD serviced here and that, too, was a very good experience and my machine now runs like new. They also have in addition to notions a wide variety of quilting fabrics. I highly recommend this store for all your sewing needs.

Brenda is a great asset to sewing and vacuum warehouse. She was a tremendous help to me for 2 machines I brought in. Her guidance helped me decide to go back and buy a Janome machine using one of mine as a trade in. Kudos to Brenda and sewing and Vacuum Warrhouse!

Love Sewing Machine Warehouse! I bought a Jenome S6 a year ago and was able trade it in (at 90% of the purchase price) for a Jenome M8. They have amazing customer service, offer free classes for the first year, and have a wide selection of fabrics to choose from.

Thank you to James at the Conroe location for his knowledge and enthusiasm about the Janome S7. My old Bernina was working fine but this machine is a dream. I was a little worried about the computer control panel, but it is easy to learn, especially with the detailed DVD and instruction book. I received this as a Christmas gift and have been playing with it all day!

I had a great experience! Was so happy to find such a great sewing and quilting store nearby. I went in to learn about a new sewing machine. Very knowledgeable and took their time showing me different options. Went back a couple weeks later and made my purchase. Again, very helpful! I look forward to many trips back for fabric!

The staff here is highly knowledged in sewing. They know how to operate the machines they sell and can suggest the make and model that best fits your needs. They also know much about machine maintenance, repair, and upkeep and each visit has been very enjoyable. Brenda helped greatly with my Janome purchase.
