Their service is truly top-notch in both quality and professionalism! Five stars simply aren't enough! I recently took my car there for the second time and was fortunate to have Eric V. handle my case. His service was phenomenal from start to finish. Excellent communication was a huge plus! With their lifetime warranty, it's a no-brainer to bring my Mercedes here every time. Eric's exceptional service makes Mercedes shine.

Today I didn't have an appointment, so I went directly to the after-sales service lane. As soon as I parked, a staff member approached to inquire about the situation and answer my questions. Then I waited in the waiting room for about forty minutes and received a text message saying that the tread on my tires had worn down to the safety line and recommended replacement. After another twenty minutes of waiting, the same receptionist found me, explained the tire situation, and informed me that the reported car issue had been resolved since the car was still under warranty, so there was no cost. Throughout the process, the receptionist wore a smile and was very patient, which was excellent.

I am not satisfied at all with the level of service received from Sewell Collision Center of West Houston. The date of this review is March 12, 2024. I originally dropped my Cadillac CT4 Blackwing to the collision center on August 17, 2023. I fully understand the situation with strike that General Motors had which delayed parts to complete repairs of my vehicle.
December 6, 2023 I was notified that the only remaining part needed was a trunk lid.
February 12, 2024 I was notified that the trunk lid finally arrived and repairs would be started ASAP.
March 1, 2024 I was notified that the vehicle came out of paint, an oil leak was found, but was bring addressed and reassembly would start soon.
March 12, 2024 I reached out to Sewell Collision and was notified that the prior week there were a few set backs in which they received the wrong side of a headlamp and a spoiler was received damaged. The new spoiler was received but the correct headlamp is maybe a week out.
From the time of December of 2023 Sewell Collision had all the parts except for a trunk but did not check to make sure they were the correct ones and not damaged. Who receives parts, but doesn't open boxes to make sure they are the correct ones. Unacceptable organization and communication
To make matters worse I placed an order for a CT5 Blackwing last summer, received an allocation, got built and is sitting at the dealership waiting to be signed off and purchased but cannot because my trade in vehicle is still in the process of being repaired. Another payment on that car is due next week when it should have been repaired and traded in by now.
Totally disappointed in the process and will avoid using this place for repair if ever needed. Anyone reading this be aware.

Had my car repaired in the collision center several years ago. Had issues with the repairs. Door not shutting correctly and the service writer told me it was because it was a new seal and needed to work itself in. So took it in because the clear coat on rocker panel is coming off. Same service writer says they didn't do anything to the rocker panel. They don't blend paint. All they did was remove it. Not suprised that they wouldn't honor the work. I am however disappointed that they claim to be the best and clearly are not. Only place the clear coat is coming off is where they worked on it!

Super bad service. They only check the codes and return your car. The real selling point of service is giving out loaners cars to satisfy customers. The technicians can’t figure out issue. Very disappointed

On January 10th my car was involved in an accident. And I had towed there at the collision center. As soon as my car got there, Daniel Flores provided me with a word class service. Made me feel like family, and really turned around a very bad situation into a painless one. He was always on the top of it. Unfortunately my car end up being a totaled loss. And my insurance didn’t want to pay all the storage fees and stuff. But Daniel made sure they did. If someone management reads this, keep him forever. He’s truly remarkable and making a difference. Thank you Daniel!

Worst experience. Spoke with manager Chris in services knew what the issue was. Still chose not to help. They don’t help. Clearly ruining the brand image of Mercedes Benz by not giving standard of repair.

They were good at the beginning which years ago, I been coming here but now they are so bad, rip off your money with service, lying straight to your face. Just told you something and turn around said we never said that!

very quiet and peaceful place, all the staff are very friendly and want to help you, we had our car serviced by them and everything was wonderful, then we bought another Mercedes from them and everything was just as great!

What a disappointment. Avoid this place for service, they are not reliable. We brought our Mercedes splinter cargo van in for maintenance, tire balancing and rotation and they are so brazen that they charged for the service and didn't do it. It became evident that the work was not done. Coincidentally, we checked the tires and they accepted the error. Additionally, we are not sure that the oil change and filter change were performed. We will not return. It is a danger for a client to leave their life in the hands of non-professional people.You trust that they are doing the job well and it turns out that they are not. It's a danger.They are not reliable.
