The employee Austin was super rude. He asked with an attitude if I needed help and I said nicely nope second person asking already and he went on to give me a minute yapping again with an attitude why and that I would hear 5 more people asking if I need help again. Kind of like that’s what it is deal with it kind of attitude. Really rude and how dare he be rude to a customer! Another girl in the front also asked first and gave me an evil stare . What is wrong with your employees?? Sephora needs to hire sincere employees not people with condescending attitude. Will not come here again. The employees here are so aggressive and give you a look like they want to fight you. Stay safe and don’t come here.

Lupe was so helpful, I left the store so happy with the service and the products I bought that she helped me find that worked best for me. She gave me a lot of tips too which was also helpful! I’ll be back soon

For your birthday, Sephora gives you a small gift. For a male and female. Lots of makeup to choose from. Presume and cologne are what I like about the store.

Melissa just saved the day. After a lot of back and forth trying to redeem my scent certificate and getting mixed responses on how to handle it, she went the extra mile and helped me figure out a solution. So many people at Sephora in store (First Colony mall and customer service online) had blown me off and told me they couldn’t help me and she figured out away to make it right. Now if we could just clone Melissa the company would have a bunch of employees who actually value their customers. Thank you Melissa for going the extra mile and helping make this right!

I'll start by saying, Sephora is typically my go to for beauty services and products. I worked for Sephora in the past for 4+yrs and have freelanced for a brand. The last couple of times, going into the Memorial City store, service has been lackluster and nonexistent for me. Today, I did 2 walks thru the store, and was not acknowledged. I walked by 2 clusters of employees chatting it up. I was finally spoken to by a brand rep when she was passing me. I explained my concern and she agreed, however as I told her, she's apart of the problem. She greeted a customer on the same aisle I was on and not me , walked past me and wasn't going to say anything until I made a face. Unfortunately, I left without what I needed and will order it online.

Rudest manager I’ve ever experienced in the world!! He took the sales lady I had looking for some perfume to help someone else, then when I found it and went to the counter, they said they were mobile checking people out and he placed me waiting on my original sales lady. NO THANKS, I left and will never go back.

Place is so dirty. Nothing like keeping a floor clean with this many workers at each station.. it's only the first day open of the new year and it looks like this place just went through a fest of buy one get 3 free...Most products are open... yeah memorial mall is not it for me no more....

On the positive there's plenty of employees there to help you find exactly what you're looking for. With all these employees some are very efficient and take you exactly to the area that has the products you're looking for, however, some just point you in the direction and tell you "it's over there" and don't bother to show you. Sometimes you're in a hurry and don't have time to go look through everything to find exactly what you're looking for, so take the information anyway you want.

It was a madhouse yesterday, but everyone was so helpful and attentive. The holidays plus sales make this the go-to place. I'm just happy an associate had a card machine and checked me out, so I didn't have to wait in line.
