They never have what I want and they got one service person all over the place I think it needs at least 3 service people not 1 but she was trying to help everybody poor thing .

So this is a new location of Sephora and they have been open since June 2023. Walk inside Kohl's and you'll spot Sephora's fairly decent sized kiosk store to the left side of the store. I can't remember the last time I visited a Kohl's location, but this made for a good walk and fun visit. I actually like this location! It's smaller compared to their regular stores yet they pretty much have every item that you would find at regular Sephora stores. Lotions, fragrances and gift items? Check. You'll find it here. This location is less crowded and you'll find what you need within a minute. There aren't people bumping or pushing against you at their other stuffy locations that reek of perfume and blush. Customer service was great, I was greeted upon visiting and had all my questions answered. Found what that I was looking for and that's all there is to it. I was able to use my account points and they also gave a discount with it being the holidays. Perfect! Although the Galleria location is much closer to me, I can definitely see myself revisiting this one more often. This new location of Sephora is in one of my favorite parts of town. I love how new businesses continue to develop within this west Houston urban neighborhood. This business location needs to be revamped with saying "now opened" instead of coming soon.
