I walked around for 15 minutes and the two employees were behind the register just talking and laughing. They never even looked up to see I needed help. I was the only one in the store.

HORRIBLE STORE, all testers are super gross and bad maintained, I went there to get a foundation, asked one of the two employees for help, she said "yes in one sec" and she never came back to me, I waited 15mins and the other employee ignored me completely. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME.

I went to this Sephora even though I live near the 1960 one because online, this was the only store to have an eyeshadow palette I wanted. I’m so glad I came here, because Lena helped me so much! She found the palette I was looking for even though it was not on the shelf, but even more important than that, she took the time and effort to help me find a good foundation match for my wedding and provide me with samples so I could make an informed decision. She was so amazing and encouraging when I told her I was doing my own wedding makeup. If you need any help, go to her! ❤️❤️

Stock was super low or gone for many items. Wow. Reading comments it seems it’s a usual thing?. Staff was friendly but shelves should be well stocked to keep people from shopping elsewhere. I know it’s a small set up but it’s in a good area. I would probably suggest for others to just go to the malls Sephora. I am sure employees get a little embarrassed having empty shelves for customers.

Update- came in as another last resort solution and was so surprised at my experience! Something told me to try it out again- Huntington and Lena are the gems this place needs and don’t deserve! Huntington was so kind and helpful, truly giving me another perspective on this location.
Exhausted with these stores and the people that work in them with their lack of customer service! Every time I come in this location no one speaks or asks if you need anything they either just don’t have enough people or they walk around texting on their phones. Seems like most just show up for a check these days. These non-free standing locations (inside of other stores) have got to do better with product- they either don’t have or always are out and blame it on the different shipments since they’re not free-standing. I don’t know what the agreement is but if you’re calling yourself the same store then be the same store with the same brands.

The cashier and the woman in the fitting room have terrible customer service. I didnt appreciate the attitude from the employee working the fitting room had a problem of all the clothes I was trying on that she question how many I had. She only asked me and not the other customers. Then the cashier gave me a look because I had too many clothes and then interrupts me when I tell him I have gift card. I use the gift card then the rest with my kohls card and the man tells me it's invalid I should have received the new one I told him I havent received it and gave me attitude telling me I should have and told me to put my social. I was ready to storm off and leave everything and just go next door but I needed the clothes. After my social was approved his mood changed and told me to have a great day. I felt he thought I was trying to scam them and I didn't appreciate it. I will not return. This is the closest Kohl's from my home and job and this is how I will be treated? They treated me as if I was scamming them or stealing I will be shopping at the Ross next door and I will be ordering online.

If I could leave less than a star I most certainly would, I came to the Sephora located at Kohl's, 22529 Tomball Pkwy, Houston, TX 77070 in search of Kilian Love Don't Be Shy, after being in the store for an estimated 5 minutes I was greeted by a sales clerk... to which I was given a snobby hello, a few minutes later another clerk joined him and they began discussing lunch while completely ignoring me, as I walked back and fourth reading each perfume label in search of Kilian, after about 20 minutes of absolutely no help, I decided to leave the store, while the 2 workers continued discussing the lunch plans... I ordered the perfume from Kilian's website where I had no problem and was offered assistance from an A.I. go figure a computer had common decency, I would never recommend this Sephora to my worst enemy, the sales clerks are absolutely dreadful, I will never return to this location

Terrible experience! Today I went to Sephora around 1:00. I was looking for a specific item I needed. There was a young lady ( I don’t know her name), but she kept following me around and didn’t greet me. I ended up leaving because the whole thing was stupid and uncalled for. I’m upset about it because this is the nearest Sephora to my house. Please fix this issue!

Aly is literally the sweetest! She was very attentive when assisting me, knowledgeable anout product and soo friendly. Aly helped me with my purchase and finding products in store. FIVE STARS isn’t enough <3 thank you!!
