Crooks!! Used my 7 year old as head of household switched her social and stated they handed her a tax loan check. I told them don't move forward with the return they still Submitted different returns+ amended returned signed it and a refund is being sent after getting a tax advocate. She confused the entire irs system and my paper return was disregarded. They locked the office while inside won't pick up the phone. Dirty southside theives!

Drucilla never filed my taxes for 2019. She stole over 200.00 from me. The filing fee. Never got back to me. Just kept lying about being sick. Pathetic! Stay far away.

IRS called me because they are investigating them. Do not go unless you’re only going for the fraudulent taxes to be done. If you have legit income, go elsewhere!! They stole over $2k from me last year. Different signatures on the return received by IRS. Different income amount than I reported. Different TIN on my final return as well. IRS recouped my money after fraud was proven. Went to them for years, very disappointed in Joys and Dru.

If they scammed you ask IRS for the routing and account number...they used to file your taxes & follow the money. Apparently, (allegedly) they've been under investigation for 2 yrs. And SELL YOUR tax info before they actually file so you don't know where to find it. Then they get the IRS to send check in tax preparer...(probably not who did your taxes) and then they have check cashing places that cash those checks...even without your ID because they give them a cut.Scammers.

Thieves!!! They filed 2 different income taxes for 2019 the irs has a higher amount then what they had on my paper work! When confronted they redid it and now I’m having to file an amended return!

I've been going here for about 5-6 years and Ms. Drew has been my tax preparer. I have had no issues, never been audited, always received my refund, and received my stimulus.
