Nice clean rooms. Great a/C. Numerous eating places within walking distance.

This motel is an affordable option close to a Houston metro rail station. The rooms are clean. You can't beat the price. We stayed here for a weekend event at the convention center down town. It is 2 metro stops away. It's a clean, no frills, no hassle room at a fair price.

It may not be the newest or nicest building but it’s close to downtown and a quick train ride to the stadiums and the theater district. And a great price.
