Coming back 14 years later to leave a review because I remembered my horrible experience in 2010 and felt triggered all over again ??♀️
DO NOT buy a car from here. I was a struggling sophomore in college, saved up all my money to put a down payment on a Pontiac G6. A few months later, I would be ONE DAY late on my payment because of direct deposit issues. I called and spoke with a manager letting him know I’d be paying first thing in the morning. Before I could make payment the next day, they repossessed my car without any courtesy or grace period. This triggered a snowball effect in my life, causing me to miss several days of class, work and almost lose my job due to no transportation (no public bus ran in cypress) and almost be evicted from my apartment. Truly one of the worst moments and periods of my life all because I lost my car and all the money I saved on the down payment.
I understand business is business, but I don’t see how it is sound business practice to not give grace, especially when the customer communicates. I pray this business has improved from their predatory practices but judging off the other reviews... they’re still ripping people off.
Please avoid giving your money to these inhumane people.

Thankfully I got a really good car, the issue was the cash price changed as soon as they wiped it off the windshield ?? I never missed a payment, so I didn't have any issues with being disrespected, thought I know it has happened in my presence.I do know 2 people who have had horrible experiences with this dealership. So beware, don't let them limit your test drive!!! Bring a mechanic with you before you put 1cent in their hands.

They have a very deceptive staff. I suggest you look over all the reviews found on this company, i wish i had. I purchased a vehicle and its been parked since i paid and brought it home. It needs major motor work and after i had it checked and returned back to the lot the same day they refused a refund and replacement and his reply is that i get what i paid for.
