We have waited 3 months for the delivery of our personal items from the UK to Austin. Our goods just arrived in Houston, but have been told they are unable to deliver our goods for ANOTHER 2 MONTHS! It should not take 3 months to cross oceans and continents, then take 2 months to drive 2 hours.

Do not use this company. Very dangerous practices. Check the horror stories on LA reviews on Google Maps. Contact the Better Business Bureau in the place where you contracted with this company. You may also contact theAttorney General of where your contract takes place such as in Texas or in Los Angeles California or you can even make a complaint with the Federal Trade Commissioner or FTC under the FTC Act. They have the authority to get you compensation for any mishaps of this company for not following through with your contract.

Shipping internationally can be complicated, frustrating and often results in long wait times. I've lived and work in 11 different countries, I've been there...more than once. It took 10 months to get stuff to the US from Zambia and 1 1/2 years to get it out of Libya. There are a lot of moving parts, sometimes the sippers can only do so much.If you were a first time overseas shipper, you were might have been disappointed, it is always a waiting game.I saw my boxes leave my house in Zambia May 18, 2021 just clearing customs in the US Feb. 15, 2022.SCL has been very, very good. Especially working with Donna. She responded to every inquiry the same day, even multiple times in the same day. I know I was probably bugging her with updates (starting to get impatient with Covid, shipping delays, etc.) but EVERY single email and question was addressed.I highly recommend. Again, if you are a first time shipper you need to be patient. Cheapest is not always the best, ask around. Going cheap can come back to bite you.My international career is finished, but I would definitely use SCL again.Stephen E.

Beware ! I've used them for my personnel move out of the united states.Will apply bellow standards practices and taunt you that they know what they are doing... such as...- Not disassemble furniture, resulting in damages- Furniture disassemble with screws left on them and sticking out of packaging.- Stacking glasses in each other resulting in broken glasses- Not protecting the corner of furniture resulting in dents, and just wrapping them in a small cardboard wrap.- Not creating a Screwbox... and moreBeyond this, after sales services is extremely poor, hard to reach... and will just ignore your claims telling you they know what they are professionals and know what they are doing...Doesn't deserve there accreditation in my case.You have been warned.This is my experience, you may have more luck...

I have left several messages requesting quote for shipping my household and truck. No reply. The woman that answers the phone is as RUDE NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL one would think that Schumacher company sends her to customer service class.I will find other transportation company.

This company is complete trash. Ivan has failed to update my shipment, left it in a warehouse, charged me the storage even though several weeks before that I provided an address. Now I have waited for my delivery date and no one has shown up, not even a phone call. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I requested a quote and they followed up by emailing me and CCing EVERYONE ELSE who had also requested a quote. This explosed hundreds of emails and is a security threat. I’d never trust them with my belongings.

I am going through hell with these clowns. They have my car somewhere in Germany. Worse, the title was supposed to be sent to me while car was in transit but idiots don't read the file and shipped the title to somewhere in Germany too. As of now my car and its title are unaccounted for. They only answer the phone if it is a new sales call so I have to use burner numbers to get them to answer. Take out PLENTY of INSURANCE if you ship with them.

I've experienced a bad service, misleading information and instructions from their agent. However, the owner (the one who placed comment down here) hadn't responded to me when I was contacting him via email. Don't waste your money & time.
