receiving hours are only from 0600-1200. was told first come first serve but unaware of the time window. luckily there is street parking cause i had to stay overnight. barely talked to staff and was unloaded in an hour once docked

Apt at 5AM. Got a call around 8 and left at 10. They only thing about this place is there's overnight parking. The lady at the guard shack thinks she can talk to you however she wants and closed her window while talking to her just because she doesn't feel like being there.

People aren't kidding. That lady of the security desk is very grouchy. She interrupts she talks fast. She hangs up on you. just absolutely miserable

This state-of-the-art facility consists of five cooling systems throughout the 100,000 square foot building. Equipped with 75 car cold storage capacity, this facility includes a fully refrigerated dock, customized potato packing line, tomato packing line, pressurized banana, avocado and tomato ripening rooms as well as various temperature and relative humidity controlled coolers. We also have a fully refrigerated fleet of trucks ready for delivery to all points.
