My daughter and mom both received a cut and style. I will say my mom got a great haircut by Olivia and my daughter isn’t done but it was looking good. My issue is that one of the other girls needs to have better customer service etiquette. I didn’t even care to get her name but oh she pissed me off. When searching haircuts for kids and Sanke pops up I expect them to be kid friendly in the sense that they are understanding. I know it’s a salon but it does say they do kids haircuts and kids when having to wait for a sibling to get a haircut they might be passing time on the iPad or phone. My daughter has sensory issues and does not like headphones or headsets touching her ears. But to come up to me while I’m telling/explaining to my very exhausted 5 yr old to lower the volume (and she was lowering it) that there is a no sound policy, all the while others are on their phones and music is playing at a pretty good volume in the salon. It just seemed unnecessary. Needless to say I cancelled the appts I had just made for the following week for myself and my 5 yr old. Just disappointed that you see me calming down an already tired kid who you could see was teary eyed and sad while her sibling is getting a haircut and instead of being understanding you come and add to it. It was disheartening.

Stylist: Amber James was amazing! She knew my hair and what it needed just by looking at it. She really focuses on what you’re asking for and gives so many great tips and tricks on how to keep the results you’re looking for. I will definitely be coming back to her in a few weeks. Never felt so good!!!

I just got my haircut with Olivia and I’m so happy ! She did exactly what I wanted and an excellent job. (The best razor cut ever !) It was a wonderful experience from when I came in, to when I left. She’s very knowledgeable, professional and kind. She has a great eye for detail and making the cut practical for your lifestyle. I can’t wait to go back ! Thank you so much Olivia !!

I have never felt so good and received so many compliments. I went in with frizzy, straight dead hair and came out with fresh, soft curls for days. Amber James was great at learning my hair and what it needed from the start. She focuses on what your looking for and gives so many great tips and tricks on how to get the results you want. Advertise a child haircut for $20 on their website, then charged $68? False advertising. Even the price on the register started out as "child cut $29," then they add whatever additional fees they want as "extra services." They never asked us if we wanted the "extra services." My daughter's cut was cute, but it was EXORBITANTLY priced! We definitely won't be back.
***In response their reply, as I stated, the child cut started at $29 per their register. There was never a time a child cut would cost just $20 as stated on their website. ? The totally random upcharge is precisely why we won't be back. Thanks anyway.

The staff at Sanke is amazing. Lisa helped me transition from a “bottled auburn” look to a beautiful brown/red balayage so I can transition to my natural color again.

I thought long before writing this review. If I was to rate my stylist alone without establishment she would get 5 stars. But that's not the case. I LOVED my hair cut and the stylist. No problem there. BUT the same can't be said about the front people. They were awful! After my stylist was done she told me she was putting something away and would meet me at the front. I gathered my stuff and headed to front desk, I approached the desk and said hello. I got RUDE stares and one of them a middle age lady looked at the other girl and mocked me and said "hiiii?! She came out of nowhere" not once did she speak to me, she just walked away. I was taken back. I politely stated who my service was with and that I was ready to check out. Once my stylist came up she was able to get the other girl to check me out. I still paid my service, tipped my stylist because I was happy with her service just completely disappointed and disturbed by the front desk. I went back on here and saw some other clients have stated the same issue.

Brianna is great! She's super sweet and does a great job with my hair. I am super picky and have been with my original stylist for 15 years but then she moved away. I did lots of research and fully trust Brianna with my hair!

I've been visiting Lisa's salon sporadically over the years, and each time is a delightful experience. Lisa's relaxed demeanor and engaging conversation skills add a personal touch to her professional services. Not just a regular stylist, she has a knack for making clients feel special, exemplified by my latest visit where I was treated like a celebrity. Two stylists simultaneously working on my blowout was an extraordinary and time-efficient luxury.
The head massages at her salon are exceptional, adding an extra layer of relaxation to the hair care experience. I really had big hopes for this salon, but gave up after I got haircut 2 times from different hairstylists.First chance with Rheanna, she was really nice and friendly but the end result was the back of my hair was disappointing due to being uneven. I didn't return to get it fixed this time. Learned my lesson.Second time with Kimberly, I booked appointment online mentioning the kind of haircut I want (short-medium bob with curtain bangs, sounds easy right?), perhaps she is familiar with it. I showed her some pics of similar styles. I was nervous as this was my first time after more than a decade decided not to have bangs, but I trusted her as so many good reviews mentioning her.By the time she started to cut without sectioning my hair I was already pessimistic. Then the final result, everything (always) looks good after blow dry. Came home hours later, the back of my hair showed uneven length, boxy texture from my right angle, and worst part is my bangs also screwed up in the right side (left side in the photo). I wanted my hair parted in the middle this time.Came back for a fix in the next day in some parts, and explained about my bangs but she was insisted that I have caulic on my front right that caused my bangs needed to be trained often.This is not the case, my hair caulic flows to the right side, and she cut it using the wrong technique, and too short compared with and unbalanced to the left. Again I just tried to be nice and didn't want to argue more about it, as to balance both sides is going to make the left bang even shorter and weird.I like the vibes and environment in this salon. The receptionists were also nice. Presently, I have lost trust with those hairstylists.Even I am not professionally learning and trained with haircut, but I learned myself how to cut hair from watching the pro's techniques on youtube tutorials. I cut my daughter's hair since she was toddler, mostly short to medium and asymmetrical bob with/without bangs, now almost 11 yo.This is why sectioning hair before cutting is so important to create a visual idea of what hairstyle may look like in person and helps creating consistent balance throughout the style. In my homecountry, no matter how thin the customer's hair, hairstylists always use this sectioning technique.
