I agree another person's review on this Sandro store. Sandro is a great brand, but the two women salespeople at this store were not helpful at all. While I and another couple were shopping, they were gossiping entire time not helping customers. I was there December 26, 2023.

Nice brand but encountered an extremely rude and unprofessional sales lady. Complained to manager who was shocked. Hope the brand does a better job at hiring quality staff that better represent this great brand

Sandro is an amazing brand! It’s my go-to brand for any occasion. Many styles are timelessly fashionable with a clear French touch. I love that much of the tweed clothing such as blazers or skirts draws much inspiration from Chanel’s chic style. Sandro is a affordable-luxury brand that offers reasonable prices for the high quality clothing sold. When you come here, you will be certain the price is worth every penny for its high quality construction. Additionally, customer service here is always phenomenal, and everyone is super accommodating. Half of my closet consists of clothing from Sandro... it’s hard to resist buying from this place. Sandro and Maje are arguably my favorite clothing boutiques in the Galleria. This place does not disappoint! ❤️

I came down to Houston and came to Sandro. Love this store especially Ruben. He was the only one seems working/organizing the clothes at that time, whereas other 2 were just talking. He told me the sale with his warm smile, and just let me shop by myself without disturbing me. Later he helped me find the right size of a shirt when I was self debating. To be honest, I’m not a big fan of this brand, but I bought something coz of Ruben’s welcoming service.
