Literally a joke.
Counted 12 employees walking around on cell phones while ONE person was ringing up people, fixing orders, and helping the scan and go order BY HIMSELF.
Not only is this so unprofessional but I would go as far as to say this is probably a very horrendous work environment :(

This is the most difficult and worst store. The manager forced people to line up outside when other Sam clubs were open at normal times. They disrespect their culture that anyone that shops here's has to.

Horrible service at the dinning/restaurant. Line super long & it's because the cashier. Cashier has to stop, serve sundaes, fix the plates with pizza, check Pizza orders. Meanwhile! People are just standing there. Waiting for the cashier to finish. So she can take orders. No good customer service and lack of common sense. Cashier needs to cashier! Let someone else get the food & sundaies!

Mrs. Maritza has a very special way, she helped me find clothes and she is attentive to all the clients who ask her. She deserves a salary increase because she offers and encourages me to buy. I loved her availability and kindness that has already helped me many times.
