Scan and Go is the best experience. I also like there curbside service. I would like them to have self checkout for the stack bar.

Terrible. Now I know why I shop at Costco. They have help everywhere at Costco and excellent customer service. Glad I was a guest of a friend who shops at Sams and witnessed the difference in shopping experiences.

I understand the weekends are the busiest times to visit Sams club but not having carts inside and NOT seeing anyone taking carts in does NOT help! It's frustrating when you ask about carts and are told to go outside and get one. Had I known (which I would have if I would have looked at outside cart rack) I would of grabbed one. So for the 30 minutes I was inside and came out I still didn't see anyone gathering carts when I came out. Maybe I am expecting to much...

I have appointment 6am but the staff in this location store give me dock door then kick me dock door give to some body I ask him why? He told me HRB/ c of Walmart drive this is not accepted

Terrible experience at the cafe. Half of the items were out of stock and the employees are very lazy and incompetent. It took me 45 min to order and get my icecream sundae, they also did not have vanilla ice cream and I was forced to have some gross chocolate kind. Just not worth it and you’re better off at Costco getting the same thing in 10 min and getting what you want. I will be sticking with Costco

I came to buy a mattress for a foldable bed and they didn’t have it and the ones they had where $440 but when I checked Walmart they had the foldable bed and also a $87 mattress although it was a twin . This is really bad faith tbh

They are always friendly, and try to stock their products. I have never had any issues when I go to buy groceries, or make curbside pick up.

Sam club is no longer the same and there are products that expire in 1 week, they do not review the merchandise they have, their cashiers have an unfriendly face of frustration, I am very disappointed in this store.
