I purchased a package of lamb chops that were discounted and when I opened them, they smelled bad. I threw them away, but took pictures of the packaging and the food in my garbage. I spoke to Ashley the manager and she was not friendly at all. She told me that I had to bring the package of rotten food in to the store get a refund even though I had pictures and my receipt. I asked her wouldn’t that be very unsanitary for the store and she said that was the rules. I got in my car and called the Shenandoah location and spoke to the manager there named Bo and he said you absolutely do not have to bring rotten food into the store and he would gladly give me a refund. Talk about better management and better service!!

I love them, they are the best, good prices, good service, when I order for it to arrive at my house, it is a little annoying because the drivers have delivered my damaged product open and they have not responded or refunded me, but I am very happy, I have 10 years or more with The membership and everything is fine with my purchases.

Horrible Horrible and unprofessional team of management I have ever met Traci The assistant manager has no sense of customer service.
Showed no empathy towards my daughter's situation I purchased 4 tires they were still under warranty Traci and Sergio wouldn't honor it just because my membership wasn't active they wanted me to renew it so that they could service my daughter vehicle. This is just plain unprofessional on Sam's Club these are they type of individual who are representing your brand. I've never heard of such a thing I even asked her could she do this as courtesy my daughter informed me she walked away while I was trying to talk to her over the phone how unprofessional is that they both sent my daughter home on a dummy tire because my membership had expired...not the warranty it was still active and valid...just terrible customer service.

Don't wait until the end of your shopping to buy a hotdog because it takes them 20 minutes to cook it and I saw several customers leaving because of this. Why not have them ready to sell. If you see the time on the left that's the time I got my hot dog. Also the fountain drinks were all watered down.

Today was my 2nd visit to this location. I love their diverse and large inventory. This location is not close to my house but I plan to be a repeat customer.
