Fantastic crew. Had a tire problem and they got me a new one in under 30 minutes! Way faster and more efficient than other places I’ve been. Big thanks y’all.

I had an incident on yesterday that tells me that this department needs revamping. Service techs have no customer service skills. They just have a job and they take their time doing it. An hour and half + to do a tire rotation is ridiculous and unacceptable. They have no accountability or time restraint. One customer with an appointment and one (me) who checked in before him got my vehicle in the bay before his didn't get my car until after 11am and car was in bay about 9:20a (06-28). Matthew checked me in and said that appointments had priority, but it took him and Richard almost 2 hrs. to get both vehicles ready. I had to knock on the window around 10:30 to see what was the issue on why it was taking so long for my car to be completed and he didn't have an answer. Richard was working on my car for a while walking like a snail (no pep in the step) and between the truck with Matthew. It took too long to be serviced.Your service equipment needs servicing because I ran into the same problem when I initially purchased the tires in April 2024. The machine and my wheel lock could remove only some lug nuts from tires, so they couldn't installed the tires. They told me I needed to take my care to a tire place to have them checked. I did and there was nothing wrong with my wheel lock. Sam's tech told me to buy new lug nuts and wheel lock set and I found out nothing was wrong with either. It's Sam's equipment which needs servicing and as of today has not been done because the store manager (Sharyn, E.Houston) mentioned it when I was voicing my utter dissatisfaction in the way I was treated. And they messed up one of my center wheel caps. Plus Matthew told the customer that same thing about one of his tires. Does that sound like that makes sense? I can take off 3 of your tires, but can't remove one and it's your issue. That sounds stupid.
Customers do not have time to waste in this department with ill informed techs and improper tire tools and machines. So something seriously needs to be done to make Matthew and especially Richard to stop killing time pretending they're working and be accountable for their time because my time and other customers time is precious.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service and no tech had an explanation because they know they took their time doing what should have been done in at least 30 minutes an hour and a half. The manager said she was going to view the video, plus now I have been inconvienced on my time to have to purhchase a center cap for my car. They should be made to get it.
