I usually like going to Sam's for getting groceries for my family but everytime I do pickup I'm waiting for at least an hour to get them. With my little child in the car this is ridiculous to have her waiting in the heat when I selected a time slot to pick up and they still aren't ready. Guess I will have to only go to the Woodlands location even though it's farther from home at least I don't have to wait as long as this location

They never answer the phone!I called here last night 4 times between 6 to 7 pm no answer. I wanted to place an order for 5 pizzas to be picked up for 11:00 for my company small meeting so I wouldn't have to wait. I said to myself maybe they are busy ppl are getting off of work shopping right now I will try in the morning when they open up. I then called at 10:10 to give them time to get in. No answer! Then 10/20 no answer! Then I called at 10:30 then I just started coming I got there at 10:45 & they were not busy at all. I was mad! Y were they answering my call so I could have some in & out of there? I even tried the operator line other than the cafe & they didn't answer either & when I got there over staffed with employees, managers, & 3 cafe workers. I walked to the bathroom while waiting on my pizzas & passed by 2 managers laughing & rolled my eyes. I was going to say something but I said y waste my breathe, they don't give af. I will just know in the future where to spend my money. Not the 1st bad experience I had had here!

Come here if you want salmonella. Every single time I get a chicken from here it's half cooked. Horrible Sam's club.

They never seem to have carts inside, they basically want you to bring it from outside like if you were to work there. Not helpful at all

Today, June 27, 2022 - about 4pm I went shopping after over an hour with well over $200 in groceries, I stand in a short line for well over 20 minutes only to FINALLY after all sorts of chit chatting amongst at least 3 employees at the register - cashier, a guy picking up money and a 3rd watching him pick up money and change of cashier get to the cash register , when a black woman approaches with another Black woman and says STOP I am sorry I NEED to take care of this customer?????????????????????????????? That I just had to wait then it just took all sorts of forever because they had no idea what they GIVING this customer - DON'T YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK? Well, Sam's just LOST a customer that was buying over $200 every 2 weeks I hope that customers return was that important to you. Just because I am Mexican does not mean I HAVE TO WAIT! THIS SAMS ON RICHEY ROAD NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT OR CLOSE IT - ITS WORSE THAN DURING COVID - EMPLOYEES ARE HATEFUL.

This the worst Sam's Club in Texas!!! They never answer their phone!!!! I called yesterday after I left to see if I left my card on the counter, while getting gas room right outside. The literally rang for 10 minutes & someone answer and then hangs up! Called again no one answered, so I asked the gentleman who was helping customers w/ card issues if he could call for due their customer service not answering the phone. He said couldn't because he didn't have a radio. I felt bad for him.... It is so hot outside and he have to walk inside for a manager. Next morning, today June 21st I called 4 times and twice this afternoon (no answer on hold more than 25 minutes each time to speak w/the store manager drove back to the store & the was so long in customer service and 2 ppl there and neither one could not answer the phone. So, I left the sweet lady who greeted me did tell me the manager was on vacation and supervisor on yesterday told me to come today to speak with manager. Who was no help at all!!!! Lady put me on hold for 27 minutes now while typing my comments.... Still waiting! Ridiculous.... I hope this not the same number employees has to call to report they're running late or can't make due car issues. They would get written up or fired! Now 30 minutes. Never again! I Do not recommend

I went today to Sams Club on Richey to get my battery replaced and to confirm it was still under warranty. Timothy in Tire and battery was able to confirm my warranty which took a little time to find in the system. He was patient, and courteous and probed until he was able to locate it. Timothy is a great example of what a customer service representative should be. Great asset to the company!!

The worts Sams in the world in the line for 45 mins they show no respect for there customers. The workers act like they hate their jobs and make everyone miserable by moving extra slow. This hurt the business revenue. It to the point people are leaving.
