Horrible location The payment processing equipment froze several times. Out of fountain drinks. No water to wash your hands, I lathered soap and went to turn on the water and nothing came on. I needed assistance with getting printer paper reams down, asked the jewelry desk to send an associate...waited and waited and no one ever came smh. Essentially, I don't recommend this location.

Worst Sam's for pick up order was suppose to be ready for 5pm got her at 5:15 ended up waiting 5 mins called the store only to be put on hold and then transferred they tell me my order was being worked on. That's ridiculous I will never order from this place again and then they are charging $4 for pick up. This place is trash!!

We needed gas. The line was 3 cars. The pumps are so totally inadequate that we have waited 45 minutes for 3 cars to gas up. Absolutely the worst gas experience in my numerous years of driving.

i Am very very!!! Disappointed never coming back and am canceling for sure i was ok with the ever time I when been ask to upgrade at the register even do I only did self check out but they always check on you to see what card/members plan you have ... but now if you don't have the upper members plan you are not welcome for the first 1hr or 30mins been open but if you don't want to way 5mins like me you can pay $100 to go in on the door ...never coming back and am letting at my friends and family to not go is better at costco they don't do that stupidity

This is probably the worse experience I've ever had at a Sam!! I placed an order online for 6 items, the night before. I get there it's not ready! I called the store the phone rung for 6 mins before anyone picked up, the she put me on hold. I will say I believe her name was Sam & she was very nice and apologetic about the wait. She transferred me to curbside pick up and the phone rung for another 15 mins then hung up! I asked the young lady I noticed bringing out order if she had help, and if there was anyone I could talk to to find out a order status update. She told me she was the only one bringing out order and that there were people inside that could help. I finally get through to curbside and the guy was like oh yeah we still have to pull it. Give me 5 minutes. Then I waited another 30 mins.

I always have a hard time at this particular location trying to enter /exit the store as a black woman but it was never worthy of a review but today 2/16/2022 I've had enough. I've been a member for over 5+yrs so I know the difference between a regular membership & a sams plus membership. Last year I decided to upgrade to a plus member for the benefits such as entering the warehouse before regular business hours. Wellllll I went in around 8am. Walked in with a several other individuals & I was given the hardest time to enter the store while the others were allowed to enter with no problem. After i told her I have a membership to enter earlier she tried to discredit me by saying well let me see if it's valid! Wtf am I the only one that doesn't look like I have a plus membership. Definitely canceling my membership I'm sick of this.

Wonderful customer service!! Paige helped me out this particular day. She was kind, helpful and very friendly. This Sam's is conveniently located, well organized and easy to check out service. I never have a problem when I go there.
