So this is my local neighborhood Sam's Club and while I usually avoid it at all costs because of overcrowding issues, traffic issues, and people doing really stupid things at the gas pumps, today I decided to get my kids pizza from Sam's Cafe. I placed my order through the app so that I wouldn't have to wait in line. I browsed the store for awhile, made my purchase, then worked my way to the cafe. The cafe had lines as far as the eye could see. I'd already placed my order and know that they'll usually shout your number when your order is ready, so I stood off to the side to wait. While waiting in line, there were three women that were loudly berating the women that worked in the cafe because, God forbid they had to wait like everyone else. One in particular kept yelling loudly at those of us standing off to the side that we'd all "ordered online" and that there was a line. Oddly enough, my order number was lower than theirs. Another woman was demanding to speak to a manager because she'd been waiting for 20 minutes (they were on order 87 and the complaining women were in the 100's.) Another was screaming in their faces that they needed to serve the online order's first and stop taking walk up orders. I wanted to leave this review to thank the women that work in the Sam's Club Cafe for their hard work. They were constantly running around without stopping and despite being massively behind on orders, being understaffed, and being harassed and berated, they didn't quit and they didn't snap on anyone. Working in food service is a thankless job and without them, no one would get their order. If Sam's Club management sees this review, I'd suggest either hiring more workers or getting rid of order through the app, because it's a nightmare for everyone on the weekend.

This location is usually fully stocked, my only pet peeve here is the parking Aside from that, I love coming to this location.

I was in line at the bakery section of the store and waited for over 45 minutes to order a cake for a party we have coming up. We were in line with several other people, then finally it was our turn and we fill out the form, only for them to tell us they were booked and no longer were accepting orders. They FAILED to let us know prior to and therefore wasted our time for nothing. I DEFINITELY do not recommend coming here for any cakes needed

I'm not going to lie I called in a pizza order because the sam app wouldn't allow me to log in..I get there and the black lady behind the counter with attitude told me it doesn't matter that I called it in I had to wait in line to get my order...I've done this before and was just able to pick up and go... defeats the purpose of calling it in

I came to this location to get a patch on my tire. The guy wanted to sell me three new tires by telling me that my tires were bald and it was a danger to be on the road. He stated the wires were exposed and it was extremely bad condition. He tried to rip me off for $500. My tires were fine after taking them to discount tires. It literally was just a patch it needs! If I would have had the money he would have got away with it! I wonder how many customers they do this too!

The least efficient Grocery store. The workers didn't know if they sold certain items which was frustrating. It's very crowded, self check is a nightmare when people don't know how to use it and take 400 years to check out. Parking is insane due to people parking & selling cars out of their trucks. Some employees are very kind.

Do not buy the Sam's water, it taste horrible. You will be sick do not buy purified water from Sam's. Worse ever

I've been coming to this Sam's Club for years but lately it's been going to shit management sucks they usually have one or two cashier's in the member service department and you better not be in a rush because your going to wait about 20 to 30 minutes so if you're thinking about getting a membership here don't just go to Costco this place sucks

I came to this Sams Club in hopes it would be better than my location. I have a flat tire and am a college student who has places to be. At my normal location they didn't want to put my tires on at all so I had to ask my dad to get them to do it. This was about two months ago. Today I ran over a nail I assume and have a hole in my tire. I put a donut on and drove here as it was the closest one to me. The donut already is scary for me personally to drive on. Well, I walk in and let them guy know about my warranty. The man is sitting on a stack of tires on his phone and tells me I have to schedule an appointment. I parked in front of the garage and there are no other vehicles in the garage but he couldn't help fix my flat that could probably take him 10 minutes. I am severely annoyed with sams as a whole and will never buy tires from them again.

There over all customer service is terrible. Try calling them. If your lucky someone will answer, and then you'll be put on hold until you hang up. General attitude of employees are they could care less.

Terrible. Went to pick up a online order for my company. Went to Member Services and without even looking it up, they told me to go to the kiosk to check in. They hide their check in kiosk in the corner by the tire center and optical. Went and checked in and waited...and waited..and waited. Long enough for to watch to employees unload and stock a display of bread about 30 ft from me, they did not approach me. Lady checking the door passed by, saw me did not approach me to ask if I have been helped. The Tire shop guys who are located right next to where I was waiting and are cross trained to do something as simple as page for help, were nowhere to be found. I could however here them joking and clowning around in the back while their walker talking sat alone at their front desk. After 15 mins approached a employee and he pages on the radio..still waited listening to one person or the other pass the buck to help me pick up a PREPAID ORDER. 23 minutes later a lady strolls up and I tell her the order name. She goes in the back to check. 5 minutes pass when she comes to tell me the order is not there and go to member services. I told her they sent me here, and she replies"well it's not here" go back to member services and again without looking at anything I get the automated response to go to the kiosk. I explained to her they just sent me here and she FINALLY looks it up and points behind me. In a row of other orders was it. If member services would have taken the 30 seconds to check I would have not wasted my time. On top of that a 300 dollar multiple item order did I get any offer of help or assistance? Nope. In the end, almost one hour to pick up a order that was already picked. This is why personally I go to Costco instead of this cheap knock off.
