Selection and club products are great! I even earn cash back just shopping there with my club card! The only thing I hate is how businesses push customers out the door at closing now. It doesn't matter if you just want to grab something on your way out or. Need one last item. They've gotten very rude about shutting down their registers at 8! Sam's closes so early and the only thing I would request is to extend hours to 8:30 even 9 and give customers up to a 15 minute grace period before rushing them out. That's not just Sam's. That's most stores these days!

Cafe is always out of stuff. They turn off app.order maybe 2 hrs before closing. What's the point?? The lone is enormous and there is one register bit the app is turned off !!!! So.logical it hurts !

Pharmacy acts like people don't need their prescriptions at that moment. They tried to close @ 7 when guest were waiting to be served way before 7. (@ 6:53 to be exact) they were not working with urgency. My doctor called to expedite my prescription but they left her on hold. You would think people working with a controlled substance would ensure best customer service but I was heavily disappointed. Maybe another Sams Club can better assist me or maybe it was a bad day for them. There was only 2 workers and no urgency, maybe they were new.

I love coming to this location because all the employees are nice and genuinely want to help you. They always have what I need in stock compared to other locations. Parking here is a lot easier compared to the other clubs. The club is clean and very organized as well.

The Mr. That check the tickets in your way out is the best part of visiting this Sam's! He is always so sweet and he always gives a smile!! Can't say the same from the lady in the restaurant! She is always mad and rude, the worst customer service EVER. she is super slow and doesn't have manners at all! I'm talking about the tall, big African-American lady!

This is a good location. I don't have any major issues when I shop here. I've encountered one employee that was rude. Other than that I'm normally in and out. The samples are not good like how they used to be. It's not often there are food samples anymore. I haven't had a slice of pizza from here since last year but when I did it was pretty decent. I don't like being hassled by the people who always catch you walking down the main aisle trying to get you to sign up for a service. They literally will walk you down at times until you talk to them even after I've said I'm not interested. It's really annoying when I'm in a hurry & they won't stop asking questions as I tell them not right now.

From Liquid IV to good selection of vitamins at pretty reasonable prices, this Sam's has me covered. Checkout is a breeze on the left side of stores for self checkout. Even when they are busy the lines move fast. Tons of parking and a gas station that is perpetually busy due to reasonable prices.

This review is specific for the tires department only. To preface this, I drive an Infiniti that was manufactured for the Canadian market and therefore the odometer reading is in kilometers and not in miles. When I came here to get my new tires mounted and balanced, everything seemed fine until I checked the paperwork which showed that my car had 111,xxx miles instead of kilometers. I then asked one of the staff here to change it in the system to show the correct mileage (around 62,900 miles). However, the staff said that they couldn't change it in the system without even trying to go into the system. He kept telling me that in the United States, we use miles and I was like, 'no s**** Sherlock?' I tried to explain to him that I don't want their system showing that I'm not doing proper tire maintenance (for warranty purposes) because now I'm expected to get my tire balanced and rotated at 117,xxx kilometers (since I'm supposed to do this every 6,000 miles) which translates to coming back here after driving only 3,600 miles. If I were to do my ACTUAL 6,000 miles, this means I'd come back after close to 10k miles, but their system will show that I'm doing my rotation every 10k miles which is no no for warranty. He then proceeded to tell me that it was my problem and not theirs and kept insisting that everyone uses miles in the United States and that he'd never seen or worked on a car that used kilometers instead of miles (this sounds like an inexperience on your part, my dude). Oh, on top of that when I finally decided to just leave instead of keep arguing with literally the only individual out of all the tire stores I've been to who doesn't understand km vs miles, my TPMS sensors weren't adjusted properly and didn't give me any reading. I had to have him calibrate it before I could drive off. I came in around 9:10 am. I didn't leave until 10:40 am and I was the ONLY car that they were working on at the time.

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They're unfriendly, not helpful and really don't care if you need your medication. I had prescriptions that I needed filled and not only did they not have them but wouldn't get them in for a week or longer as they only order once a week. All other pharmacies order and get the medication in in a day or two. But more than anything else it's the absolute lack or care or compassion. I have a suggestion: if you dislike your job so much then get another one. I'm not the only person that they treat with disregard at Sam's Pharmacy. I've shared my experiences (yes, I gave them a second chance to fill my prescriptions) with a couple friends as well as family and they had similar if not identical experiences.

Just as a warning to all of you, be aware of food handling safety at the Sam's Club cafe. Today, I observed as one of the workers took cash payments from people in front of me and prepared food without changing their gloves. When I received my food from them I asked to confirm if they changed their gloves or not and all they said was they changed their gloves "recently." I then talked to the manager about it and they confirmed that they are supposed to change their gloves with every transaction and food prep. The manager was kind enough to offer replacements for my food but I declined and threw away the food I did get. With COVID-19 still being a problem and adding monkey pox into that mix, it is more important than ever to be vigilant in cleanliness and good health practices. That includes preparing our food.

I am a 15 Yr member and I've been all around the USA too. So many customer engagements and so forth. I was here at the Sam's Club Optical to get my eye prescription filled and was attended by Kimberly. She was pleasantly helpful and most attentive to me. She gave me honest and concise advice and recommendations about my personal preference on eyeglass type and style. I found some excellent selections and choices that fit me and style "Just Right"! Kimberly guided me through the process and thoroughly set me up with the best glasses for me. Great savings with my Sam's Club card 20% off the entire package!! I have to only wait 10 business days to get my New Eyewear !! Yippie Yahooieee
