WHY ONE STAR: Company is misleading.COMPANY LOCATION: NEW YORK CITYACTUAL LOCATION: Says local, but it is not. The company is an online store. No actual location.Customer reps: They are contracted (freelance contractors) answering phones from home (and in my case, he answered the phone from his car, driving somewhere).
