Seems this store's management struggles with the customer experience. Other reviews suggest the same. Bad policy - e.g. "final sale, no returns" - does not absolve you from poor customer experiences. Next time, let's offer store credit sooner when a customer wants to return merchandise they are truly unhappy with, irrespective of "corporate policy." Be the heroes, not the villains. You were average today - not a good look for a luxury brand.

Had an awesome experience here. Sales associates were very friendly and helpful. Walked in just to see if they sold men’s wallets found exactly what I needed in a wallet.
