I don't understand the ignorance of people who shop here. I bought something because American Express gives me a $50 credit, and I could barely stand it. The clothes are...drum roll...just clothes. Some feel nice and look nicer than average, but the prices are terrible, especially when you consider the environmental harm of the clothing industry and fast fashion. And I'm not cheap. I put over $100k on my card every year, so I know how to spend money. But, Saks is just ridiculous.I used my $50 credit on 2 Hugo Boss trunk underwear that I could have bought for $25 in a dozen stores. And then they shipped them from Macy's (that's right, boujie wannabes) in two separate, overly thick cardboard boxes instead of one. That makes me sick, and I don't do business with companies that care so little for the environment. So, keep your free $50 Amex. I hate waste and materialism more than I like free stuff, so I'm not going back to Saks. Thanks anyway.

Will not be buying ANY TYPE of BRAND name with this company like seriously do not waste your time. If I would’ve known this now I would have not even wasted my time going in this store to buy NAME BRAND!! Long story short I bought Tory Burch $300 sandals from Here, rhinestones keep coming off and they want to send me to a LOCAL SHOE REPAIR store… uhm what a waste. Never again, consider going to the REAL name brand store!

Just wanted to share my experience in this Saks Fifth Avenue. Went in to look at colognes and the service was bad, no one wanted to help me and it felt like I was being discriminated maybe because of how I was dressed is what I assumed. Furthermore, I went to the Cristian Louboutin and Clive Christian section and the young staff barely wanted to provide samples and were leaving me to go attend other people. Finally, I went to my favorite brand Guerlain and the lady there helped me very well. Gave me samples to smell and I ended up buying the Neroli extrait fragance. She was the only one who gave me the proper service. I would highly suggest for the staff to give better service and to not judge by the looks. My experience in the New York Saks Fifth store was the complete opposite and I was expecting the same treatment in the Houston location.

I have always loved Saks until I had an issue with a perfume and they did nothing to help. I bought a Bond perfume about 3 years ago and spoiled. The lady at Bond recognized the perfume was spoiled but nothing was done. Their return policy is 30 days and I understand that, however, for a $400 perfume, they should have better customer service. I will never buy anything from Saks anymore..

Terrible customer experience, I wonder if they know what luxury experience is. When one has other alternatives in the market, I would choose their competitors in e-commerce and brick and mortar. Logistics have many areas of improvement - inaccurate status reporting of product location. I say after many experiences shopping for men, women and at the shoe departments, respectively. In this last instance, they lost the shoes I placed the order for three weeks ago, were not able to provide update on their location. Finally, discovered they were sent to their central warehouse in Tennessee and gave me a hard time with processing a refund. I really wanted the shoes but even the refund was too complicated for their systems. Management told me I may not be happy with their infrastructure and perhaps find the shoes at Neiman’s. I did and bought them there.Perhaps there is a preferred customer they cater to but with all confidence I say professionals are not it. After huge capital investments in the galleria stores, I wish their logistics and supply chain would have received a little live. Please look into these areas of improvement to improve the end user experience.

I believe this is the only place to find Tom Ford perfume's in Houston. Wish the line didn't constantly stop making some of them!! Great service at Saks, as always. Not as rude as they use to be.
