That is why it is so important to have the reviews. I was going to buy a purse for my wife, but according to some reviews, especially the one I saw from Hana Cunha, I am totally disappointed about what happened. I will consider looking for other brands to buy from.

I was kinda second guessing going to this store, because Dior staff did not greet me at all. However, when I walked into YSL the staff smiled and I was greeted by multiple people. I forgot the lady name that helped me I believe it was Chelsea , she did wonderful. Loved how she even gave her opinion, because I’m so indecisive and need ppl opinion. I loved this experience and I don’t regret spending my money here! :)

Shatora is AWESOME! She is so kind and knowledgeable. She is an excellent and honest saleswoman. She doesn’t try to oversell and she gives great insight. I had to exchange a gift so received and I made some excellent choices thanks to Shatora!

Went inside this store to look at their options. When we entered many employees were standing around looking like mannequins with a straight face. One guy did come and offer help. Anyways, with the ambiance around the store I didn’t decide to purchase anything. I’ll stick to purchasing my bags from Louis Vuitton. Im not sure if the straight faces are supposed to help the name brand but it did not do it for me. Im sure others probably feel the same. It makes me not want to spend my money at your store.

Very disappointed with this particular YSL store. I bought a sunglasses here, and the glasses frame is rusty all over. Such a waste of the money, $550 just literally put in a garbage. They didn’t offer me anything to resolve this issue. Not even try to send it to repair shop. Nothing! Instead treat me like I own them something, that’s the feel i got. I live all over the world, and can tell a huge difference in customer service between countries. The most disappointing experience at this and only location.

I sympathize with the problem on the the leather, the reality is that the material, especially the leather used on their products is not the same as it used to be. I had the same circumstance with a bag.

Coming here to express my dissatisfaction with YSL's customer care. I had a problem with the leather on my camera bag and went to the store to verify the problem. They treated me as It was completely my fault, they claimed it was misused. Detail: I treat my bags with great care(because we know they are not cheap!)and I was impressed by the quality of the leather of a bag that I bought less than a year and a half ago.I already had experience at LV, Gucci and Chanel with customer care and they treated me like I was treated the day I went to BUY a bag there. This has not happened at YSL at all. After almost 5 months, I went there to pick my bag up and when I spoke with the employee Ashley, that my bag still have a scratch on the edge, even thought they have charged me $200 to repair the edge and the binging, as it is written on their own document ( I was so frustrated in paying and still getting my bag if a problem, that I asked her to take a picture of the paper that she made me sigh) she didn't care about my case and treated mine complaint very dismissively, as if I was completely dispensable.This will definitely be my last experience with this brand.

I visited the Saint Laurent store in Galleria last evening and the highlight was their impeccable service. Stephon Smith Perry is a fabulous sales associate. He was patient and extremely helpful. He gave us the time to explore the store, look at various color options, and explained minute details based on customer feedback received by the brand. I love it when brand associates are honest and such great partners as you look for your favorite next YSL bag. If you do visit, ask for Stephon and you will be very well taken care of. I generally don't write reviews, but by far this has been the best service I have ever received till date at any designer store! Thank you, Stephon.
