I have been receiving bills from this lab but no one there seems to be able to talk to me about why I keep getting bills, or what they are for. After 30 on hold as the number 8 caller I’ve still not been able to reach anyone. I called their main office and no one would even act like they cared. They only transfer me back to be the 12th caller. I will reach out to my doctor and if they can’t get answers I will change doctors before I allow any more of my lab needs be sent to this lab.

Have been trying to pay my bill. However, their online system keeps locking me out of their system due to too many failed attempts. Sagis system won’t take my last name nor my zip code like it asked. I’ve left voicemails and along with my GuarantorID that is listed on my bill. But still have not received a response. Their QR code on their bill also does not work.

Bills don't provide the guarantor ID that the payment website demands when making an online payment -- so I'm unable to pay my bill. Great job!

Way overcharge. Was 3rd party charged $500 ( ohh they offerd a CASH pay discount of ( -405) so I was to pay $95.. for a 15-21 panel DT ( which I did pay) Really interesting that they charge $500... I assume that is the going rate they will charge insurance companies.... You can clearly see why Insurance is a scam and going up and you can see why the medical indsutry is a wreck in the US .. Google online yourself to review 15-21 panel DT... I did.. I also called anther LAB co - to inquire on cost... I call to dispute this becaue ( the Dr office I saw) made no reference to this - I was not told about a 3rd party charge/ fee etc... they were NOT helpful they referred me back to the Dr,... ok... I asked " but you can FLAG my account and make note- and you have a Rep at the Dr ofice that you can call as well correct ? " I was told "no, we dont do that " , I just need to call the Dr office... " this is what you owe" ... well okay ( customer " no service" ) TOTALLY scam on pricing ( price gouging) and lack of customer service... 1st time in a LONG time I had to write a negative review.. Most of the time, I just move on.... But in these times- money is tight for all, I think people need to read unbiased - truth and be able to make informed decisions about the vendors, services they render or use... Those who like me are on a MEDICAL SHARE plan and pay cash up front and ask for discounts --- deserve to be informed of all charges and fee's and not be priced gouged and then given a discount to make it seem like a generous discount. ( just deceptive practices).... Also for the DRs out there- looking to form partnerships with vendors, I would NOT use this one. Its not in the best interest for your patients... Find a partner/ vendor who has guiding principles, fair practices and prices.

Like so many others, I've had trouble with their billing department. They sent me a bill with a Dallas return address on the payment stub. I mailed a check to the Dallas address, and the letter was returned to me. I called their billing department, and they directed me to mail the check to their new Houston address. So I resent the same check to the Houston address. It hasn't been cashed yet, but they have continued to send statements requesting payment with the same "old" Dallas address on the payment stub, which is laughable. Not sure I trust them at all anymore.

Great customer service, incredibly responsive, and quick to resolve any issues! Love the personalized attention that our rep Michelle W gives our office! The pathologists are easy to get a hold of for any questions. We always feel well taken care of and so do our patients!
