Very rude staff. You pay them to be rude with you. Don’t come unless your company needs you to. Get your company cancel contract with these guys. They don’t deserve any business based on customer service they provide.

Terrible customer service. I have been wearing the same style of boot for 17 years. But the new help says that she can't sell me that boot. While trying to explain why I need that boot she went KAREN on me....with the lower your voice sir....
