This is our favorite furniture and accessory store in Houston. They have very glamorous and stylish furniture along with custom made florals. We've bought numerous pieces here including sofas, chairs, wall art lamps, and decor. Our latest purchase was a Feizy rug that looks perfect in our home. Service is always professional and friendly. Blanca and Janet are the best and have worked here for many years. The owners, Steven and Phillip, are also incredibly nice. Janet has been in the furniture biz her whole life and formerly owned Sussan Furniture. You also need to visit at Christmas. Steven custom decorates Christmas trees that you just have to see. S Home also has a large supply of Christmas decorations and the most beautiful ribbon collection you will find.

I visited this store a few days ago and sadly, I have never had a more disappointing customer service experience in my life. I was hesitant to post a review because I never have before, but after my interactions with the lady "who runs this store", I felt it necessary to share my experience. I saw the numerous wonderful reviews online so I decided to visit this store to see if I could find some unique furniture for my new home. I was delighted by the selection even though some of the furniture seemed pricey for the quality. As I looked around, I realized that a lady was looking at me as she spoke to the other associates. I smiled at her, but she continued to glare at me. When I approached her to ask a question, she quickly dismissed me and walked the other direction. I've never been treated as though my business had no value, but that's what I received from this lady. I didn't catch her name, but she has glasses and unnaturally red hair. My thought is that she is a manager of sorts since she seemed to order the other employees around. Ma'am, if you read this. SHAME ON YOU. I may not look like your typical shopper, but I have every right to shop in this store without being treated poorly. You are a dismissive and rude individual who shouldn't be in a leadership role or customer service of any kind. I might try to shop at this store again in the future, but not if I have to deal with you and your snobby attitude.

BEAUTIFUL Store! Bring a napkin for when your mouth drops, once you see all the beautiful Christmas decor. I love that they have Mackenzie Childs decor, because I avoid the mall and prefer to shop at local/smallish businesses. The employees are also very nice and helpful.

Fantastic place with some unique stuff their Christmas ornaments, decor, and ribbons are one of a kind and absolutely stunning. Got in for a few days before Christmas so there wasn't too much left but I found some gorgeous ornaments. Everything is available for sale in the store and I was told that the owner makes the floral arrangements himself and they are for sale. Prices can be steep but for the uniqueness of the items I feel like it's worth it. Parking can be a little tight but this place is insanely big. The whole back third of the store is dedicated to Christmas.
