Brought my $800 jacket here to be dry cleaned. Had a beautiful texture on the back and sleeves, but after I brought it here most of the texture looks like it was ironed out, permanently. The tag says no heat, steam, or ironing. I assumed they would have known how to take care of this or at least read the tag. I brought it back to I believe the owner and he only offered to run it through the cycle again. I dont know how that would have helped. Extremely disappointed. I really loved this jacket. One picture is what most of it looks like now, the other one is some of the little texture that survived.

I've tried a few dry cleaning places around here in the Houston area but kept being dissatisfied by the quality I was receiving. After going through 3 dry cleaners, I found this store and was pleased by the quality of dry cleaning I received for my business wear. One small suggestion is that my clothes still had a small bit of lint on random places. However, overall the quality was great! Would recommend.

Stopped by a week after dropping off a couple of sports coats and forgot my ticket. Owner remembered my name and went straight back to get my items.

Wow! Five stars for the team at Ryan's Express for a job well done and superb customer service. I called Ryan's with an urgent need to have some costume pieces cleaned and a very short time frame to get this done. The team members who assisted me (I believe they were the owners) were extremely accommodating and ensured that the costumes were thoroughly cleaned despite the amount of time they had to get it done.

5 stars! I highly recommend this company for dry cleaning service!One day I went and dropped off a bunch of stuff. The nice man said to come back in the afternoon for one article and the rest on Friday, when I came back for the one item, it turned out EVERYTHING was ready that afternoon. I was in a big pinch. Had to get a coat dry cleaned (smelled like cigarettes in a major bad way) within 24 hrs. My normal on-site dry cleaners couldn't even promise me in 48 hrs. So I started calling around and no one could promise to have it done. So I called Ryan's. The lady owner took my call. I told her my problem. She said if I could make it in 15mins, she would hold the pick up agency for me. I got there in time and not only did they hold it for, nice to me, but it was going to be done same day! Five other stores didn't even try for me. Great little place with a great couple who runs it. 10 out of 5 stars for really helping me. Great price too! (And for a rush order!)

Pro:Did a great job on my huge comforter.Smells amazingly freshThey got the stains out of it.Con:Came out not as softExpensive 70$But overall I would definitely recommend them.I will definitely use them again

Needed my dress pressed for an event on Friday and didn’t realize it had lipstick on it. The wonderful lady found the stains and said it would be best to dry clean it and would have it ready for me by 4:30 on Thursday. Wonderful news!!! Will be using them now for all my dry cleaning needs!!!

Customer service is amazing. One time I showed up after 8 guy said it would be ready after a certain 6 and when I asked what's the earliest it can be ready. He asked me what time you need it and said ok ill have it. Went that extra mile for a last minute event I had. Definitely recommend it. Another thing I like it has the drive thru don't even have to step out your vehicle

I have used this business since we moved to Nassau Bay (16+ years). This franchise is family owned, managed and staffed. The owner of the business, his wife and family have worked longer hours than other dry cleaners and maintained a very family business atmosphere and culture here.The work they produce is ALWAYS excellent and I would Highly recommend this business to anyone.
