Christian was really really helpful!! He was adamant about calling me back and I so appreciate it because I’d get busy and kept forgetting. Finally, he reached out and was able to call my previous insurance company, put us on three way so I could break up with them for state farm! So so helpful. Appreciate him going above and beyond for me to switch over!

Horrible experience. They answer their calls in speaker and totally ignore you. Called a couple of times today around 4:30pm and was done the same twice . If y'all don't want to answer calls maybe y'all in the wrong business.... Update..Your office called me back again the following day , again in the speaker phone which I couldn't hear , that is so rude.

Best prices!! I am a new driver: brand new car and license. Looked up in about 6 insurance co : prices from 250 to about 450! Everyone I spoke to, told me that "yeah, it's gonna be more than 200$ for a new-be.. "I gave it a last try and went to State Farm office. Christin was amazin! So easy to deal with, he gave all the coverage and my desired deductibles I needed without me even mention about it. I ended up paying == 163$ only ==for my full coverage ( with my father also on it )!I recommend now this place to everyone!! Thank you!!

I found the best rate for my car ins and renters ins and the guy who helped me was Gregory Johnson. So pleasant to speak with and his customer service skills are impeccable. I bought my policy because of him. I Thank You so State Farm!
