I’ve had such a great experience with Shawn—he’s incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything, and works so hard to make sure your car is in top shape. It’s rare to find service this good! I also want to give a shoutout to Ryan, the owner, who was really attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. This is hands down the best car shop I’ve been to, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Ryan's Automotive Glass & Collision Center by a close friend and when I tell you I'm so happy I went. They were so professional from the time I called them to the time I picked up my vehicle. I worked with Billy one of the mechanics there. He is a GEM. Hardworking too! He didn't only fix the problem I had going in but told me the main issue that was leading to the small problem. Now why couldnt BMW dealership tell me about the bigger problem at hand?!?! All-in-all Billy communicated with me every step of the repair and FIXED all that I needed very reasonably. He even had to tear the car down to get to the radiotor issue and put it all back together. My car drives like new and looks like new too. I couldn't tell that they had to almost demolish it to fix it. They even washed my vehicle and vacuumed the inside upon my arrival and pickup. I was impressed. This shop is the truth and I WILL be returning... Me and PEARL (my BMW's name). Thanks Billy and of course Ryan Automotive. My experience was top-notch. Keep up the great work and awesome service. ??

I quite literally cannot find the right words to express how grateful I am to every staff member here. As a young woman coming alone to a body shop, I know most places will try to take advantage of me. I was going to go to a different body shop, but was told it could be up to $300+ to even look at my car and give me a quote—as a small business owner myself, I understand time is money, but hundreds of dollars just to be given a quote is simply not realistic for me. I’m so glad I shopped around and called Ryan Automotive.
Contrary to the upsell tactics I see at other automotive businesses, the team at Ryan down sold me if anything. I was able to get my car checked out and fixed in about two hours, without a diagnostic fee, as well as a super affordable plan for some work I need in the future. Nima even offered some advice for when I eventually sell or trade in my car, but not in a way that felt like he was mansplaining. They advised me that some of the work another body shop told me I would need was unnecessary and provided me with much more affordable options. Of course, they were willing to do the work I was told I’d need by another place, but explained the reasons as to why they didn’t feel it would be worth it price wise for me. This trip to the body shop was drastically less expensive than I had anticipated.
I lost my dad last year, he knew how to work on anything—planes, boats, cars. I can’t just pick up the phone and ask him what to do anymore, or how to talk to a mechanic. The idea of this trip to a body shop has caused me so much anxiety and I’ve put it off for so long because it just felt overwhelming—both logistics and price wise. I now know I can come here for whatever I need and be treated like a person rather than a money tree. I’ve told so many friends about them already. Everyone who works here from reception to the mechanic to ownership was so kind not only to me, but to each other the whole time I was there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It has taken me a long time to put a review on this place because I am STILL dealing with the issues that THEY caused to my car. I took my ford fusion here to get fixed due to an accident that was NOT my fault and saw that this was “one of the top rated body shops in Houston”. Please, let me say this again, please do not take your car here. My car is actually in a worse condition than when I first got it and not due to the accident but due to the poor repair jobs they did. The panels to my hood and driver side door are completely messed up. I have to push in my hood every time I go to get in my car and my car makes a horrendous sound every time I have to get in the drivers side. I’ve attached pictures of my accident (to show that A) it was not my fault and that B) the repairs they did were clearly cheap and not done well at all. I’ve also attached videos of my “fixed hood” and attached videos of my “fixed driver side panel”. On top of this, I was even asked if I wanted to replace my windshield at a cheaper cost. Thankfully, I declined. In all reality, it’s completely devastating that this has happened because they have severely depreciated my car now and I’m not the richest person in the world so it is extremely depressing for me right now. It is absolutely embarrassing to drive and everyone comments how my panels are clearly off. They have completely ruined my car and chances of selling it or trading it at a decent price. To make matters worse, an employee there even had the same car as me. Would you want your ford fusion to be fixed the way mine was? Highly doubt it. I was a very nice customer as well and even commented on the puppy that was at the facility. I am a female and that could be why I was not taken seriously (which pains me to say because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt). I truly thought my car was going to be taken care of and it wasn’t. To release my car in the condition it was is honestly shameful since it is a direct representation of your body shop. Now I’m stuck leaving a review like this which I hate doing because I like to support all business big and small. Especially local like Houston.
If you are going to take your vehicle here, really think about it. Because your car could end up like mine and honestly, you don’t want that at all.

Extremely detail oriented. My Mini was in show room condition when i picked it up. I will happily refer to anyone needing collision repair! These guys are tops in my opinion.

I selected them for body work solely on the good reviews. They did the repairs on my Highlander in only 3 days, but didn't replace the rear bumper per the insurance estimate. My wife picked it up and noticed the holes still punched through the bumper from the collision and asked about it. They said that's where the plate is mounted. No, the plate goes above where it was intact already.I called and left a message. Didn't hear back and called again. Said part would be there on Wednesday. Went on Thursday but part was not there. Finally, work was done after part arrived later that day.My gray bumper was replaced with a black one! Hoping it doesn't fade over time.There was no communication or apology for the inconvenience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend.

I have used them in the past and so has my boyfriend. Had them replace a window today. Picked my car up and realized they had not used a tinted window. It is what I had. Called when I left and realized they had not replaced with the same. So disappointed when I called and they told me they didn’t tint. WTH? Why didn’t they tell that before I had them replace? Other windows we have had replaced they used tinted. Waste of my time and money.Service: Auto power window repair

My window needed replacement after a break-in. No national chain store was able scheduled an appointment until the following week! A friend suggested Ryan’s shop and it was an excellent recommendation. The pricing and customer service experience are great! The building is clean and the staff are experts in their trade. Spend your money here. ?
