We were not sure what model to choose in the beginning. Our sales expert (GT Tan) and Ed Jensen at Russell & Smith did a great job by taking time to compare and show all options and differences. We found the best one. GT Tan also went through every function in the main audio and system control center and demonstrated the features. GT Tan even ride home with us in the brand new detailed Pilot to ensure we understand and operate safely and properly. What an awesome car buying experience. Excellent jobs!!!

On 9/7/24 my family and I went to Russell & Smith Honda to check out some used Accords to buy one for our 16-year-old son. We met Daniel Garcia, the salesperson and Kal Aouad, the director. With Daniel’s help we narrowed down to a 2013 Accord and negotiated a good price with Mr. Aouad. Throughout the process Daniel was friendly, respectful, honest and helpful; and Mr. Aouad was more than fair in the price negotiation. They had the vehicle in a great shape overall prior to delivery to us on that afternoon. They took really good care of us. I believe they offer quality products for reasonable prices. And they really value customer service and satisfaction. I’d not hesitate to come back to buy another vehicle from Daniel and Mr. Aouad in the future, most likely for my teenage daughter. Also, I would very likely to recommend people I know, such as family members, relatives, friends and acquaintances, to go to this dealership.

They use false advertisement! we arrived to the service dept asked for the price for oil change and we asked how much is with discount because they mail us some coupons saying they give you discounts $20 off but when they start the service they give you a higher price sauing discount is with another services, The manager Joseph did not care when we complaint that they did not disclose the right information in the coupons and he said we cant leave the place because they started the service! Worst customer service!

We purchased a new 2025 CRV AWD from Russell and Smith Honda. Having purchased a 2023 almost 2 years ago, we were satisfied with the selection and pricing.
David Ly helped us on both deals and was very helpful. We would likely purchase from him again if our need arises.

Our car shopping experience was amazing thanks to both Kenny and Brandon! They made us feel like we were getting a personal deal. They allowed us to place our kids wagon in the trunk to see the space being used personally. They were patient with us choosing the color. Everything was just great. If you’re looking for someone who goes the extra mile see Kenny or Brandon.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience we recently had at Russell & Smith Honda. My wife recently brought our car in due to some issues, and they completely took advantage of her. She clearly explained the problems with the car, yet they ended up charging us two separate diagnostic fees for a single visit.
It’s shocking to see this level of dishonesty and price gouging from what we thought was a reputable dealership. Charging double for diagnostics, especially when it's for one visit, is unacceptable. We would have left our car there to complete the repairs, but after seeing the outrageous charges for the diagnostics, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We ended up finding another shop that quoted us a fraction of what Russell & Smith Honda had quoted, proving that their pricing was not only inflated but downright dishonest.
Their lack of transparency and integrity has cost them our trust and our future business. We highly recommend anyone considering this dealership to think twice before handing over their car or their money.

Thomas Nguyen made all the difference. From the minute I stepped foot at the dealership he answered all my questions and walked me through the maintenance steps for my CRV.
