Didn’t like the customer service that they have here didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer at all. And they weren’t busy at all. Only cater to customers that look rich.

Xiomara was great! She took the time to fit me and explained the sizing for the shoe I would need. Everyone in the store has always been super friendly and they have a great selection from socks to even electrolytes and fuel for runs. The run club is fun too. Definitely my favorite location.

The whole experience from start to finish was great! The saleswoman that helped me (I believe her name was Hennessey) was so nice and helpful. She was really well informed about the selection the store had to offer, and even though the store was pretty busy she still checked on me regularly and was happy to help me with all my questions. Very pleased with my experience!! Thanks to the team and Hennessy :)

I had a fantastic experience! I came in with little knowledge about running shoes, but I was able to have my feet scanned and received personalized recommendations based on my needs. The manager was kind, welcoming, and eager to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend this place to both beginners and professional runners alike! 10/10.

Manny is the best! I had an amazing in store experience today - was in and out in less than an hour w a long overdue new pair of shoes. He measured / analyzed my feet to help me understand the type of shoe I need, brought out ALL of the shoe options, and patiently answered my long list of questions all while literally running back and forth to grab shoes and help other customers. Highly recommend this location!
