Royce sells high quality chocolate, so I came here to buy one for my friend. Upon arrival, a male staff was friendly but a female staff ignored us when we approached. We bought a chocolate coated potato chips, and it was priced at rather on high end. They offered to do gift wrapping. I was not the one who tried their product, so I cannot comment on it.

Ordered chocolates on line they came melted and didn’t taste the same poor customer service now they are giving me a hard time on the return after I sent pictures showing them melted

First time here, thought it would be nice to buy a gift for a friend back at home who likes Royce a lot. The sales lady did not seem welcoming when we walked in. They have a lot of options, which is kind of confusing. We asked the sales lady for help but she didn’t even bother to come out of the front counter to help us. She obviously didn’t feel like making a sale with us. Don’t get me wrong, their chocolates are good, but they really need to retrain their employees.

Small store in a strip mall. Their chocolate is definitely worth a try. They have liquor and wine infused chocolate, chocolate covered marshmallows and chips, as well as non-alcoholic chocolate. Great gift ideas for something unique!

Just got back from our trip to the Philippines and went to Royce, the gentleman there had helped us about a year ago purchase some chocolate to bring back to our hometown, as always the quality is amazing and staff very knowledgable

These are seriously good Chocs. Not cheap but you are paying for the top quality. It wasn’t easy to find this place but when inside the server was really profesional and helpful. I got a lot of gifts nicely packed for me and ready for travel.

Hands down, the best chocolate shop there is! The price is worth it if you love your chocolate. Normally get the box of assorted to have a taste of a little of everything they have to offer. Their presentation definitely shows how much attention to detail and marked up price you’re paying for! Overall, you have to try it out at least once or twice for yourself to see what the hype is about!

My husband and I made the trek to Royce Chocolates over the weekend because I had heard great things about the nama chocolates. My favorite chocolates of all time are the small chocolates that they give you after dinner at Da Marco, and based on photos these seemed to fit the bill. There wasn't a lot of chocolate variety to choose from in the shop and admittedly no one offered to help us or tell us about the chocolates when we came in, but I knew what I wanted. We purchased a box of the bitter nama chocolate and they sent it home with us in a insulated package with a little baby ice pack. The chocolate itself is pretty great. It's not quuuuuuite as good as the little chocolates I love from Da Marco but they are pretty dang close!
