Need to avoid this store at all cost. They made me drive all the way to their store and had me wait for more than 30 minutes for the phone that they listed on Marketplace, and at the end they told me that someone has already paid for it. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Very bad customer service. Didn’t want to negotiate on price and also implied to leave after asking him a couple questions. Would never go back.

These people waste their time, in the market they offered an iPhone for $450.00 and I made a deal for $300.00 and I went to do it stupid, the old Taliban woman insulted me and the other two told me that the person I had grown up with was not there and I did not answer them that I will return another day, these people are not trustworthy nor are they responsible, they only want to be with whomever I let them since their business is pure garbage and equal to their responsibility. And he just doesn't answer the texts anymore and they block you but here I leave his review and the evidence that they are not trustworthy. I hope my review is useful to someone else.
Come on, block my review like you did on the marketplace. scammers

Drove 35 minutes to buy a cell phone listed on Facebook Marketplace. I texted with Laura Alvarez and she gave me the store address and said she had the phone there. When I got there I asked for the phone I was interested in and they took a while looking for it and never found it. They said they didn't have the one I wanted.
Waste of time and gas. Don't recommend this store at all.

My brother-in-law bought a phone, an iPhone 14 pro max, and it turns out that they reported it as stolen, they practically took his money. Please don't buy anything in this store and they have much less formality. I wouldn't recommend it. Do please don't buy anything. This store is fake.

If I could put 0 stars, I definitely would! RUN !!!! Do not come here to get your phone fixed! I came to this location 3 different times to get my screen repaired. Each time he fixed it , it kept going back out and he forced me to pay each time it broke even though the first time it broke within the first 3 days of me getting it fixed! The very last time I came he had just fixed my screen not even two weeks ago and the screen had already gone out once again for the 3rd time without me even damaging it! The screens he uses are very cheap and if you even do much as touch the phone to hard, the screen will go out ! He had the nerve to try to charge me again to fix the screen and I humbly tried to see if would let me get the phone repaired for free since I was still in the protection plan. He then accused me of gas lighting him and told me to get out of his store! He is a scammer all about the money and does not care about his customers or how much money they have spent with him. The Lord sits high and looks down low and the way you treat people will not go unpunished! I hope you go out of business and lose everything ! Again DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
