Greg was very professional in the performance of his delivery. Very knowledgeable about what he was delivering and very helpful in explaining the details of why and how the oxygen bottles were to be used. He also explained the dangers if the equipment were mishandled. I wish I would of had a pen and paper to write down all of the instructions he gave me. Great job Greg!

After finding myself in an unfortunate situation with my mom. Jennifer has gone above and beyond helping me navigating this new world I find myself in. She’s checked in with me either by phone or email each and everyday! From sending emergency oxygen so my mom could get to the drs for testing needing done. To giving me exactly what she needed to get mom taken care of. I have never came across someone so willing to go the extra mile like she has! So from my family to you guys, Thank you! She is a definite keeper!!!

This is a 2 woman office. I received a call telling me my new oxygen concentrator had arrived. Let them know I would pick it up
Upon arrival no one waiting ,tapped the bell on counter which is next to totally frosted windows which they keep closed. After 5 minutes tapped bell again, this time someone yelled just a minute. Waited, waited finally took a seat. Like I said no one else there. 15 minutes later Jessica opened window and wanted to know if I had an appt!! I said no I had told them I would pick up my concentrator. Then she asked my name and birthdate. Finally handed me a sticky note and asked me to write it down.
She closes window again.
Finally opens window and says they will bring it up, then changes her mind tells us to drive around to delivery doors on side of building.
Where nothing was ready. I’m talking about a portable concentrator. It is 95 degrees outside warehouse is not air conditioned. My husband did everything for me since I had no oxygen machine.
Very poor service by women in front office. What are they thinking. I have no oxygen machine I am there to pick one up… don’t have it brought up from warehouse…. Warehouse is like an oven
So ladies when someone is coming to your office to exchange a broken portable oxygen concentrator you DO NOT send them into an oven! Guess what they can’t breathe, let alone walk without a machine.
Very POOR customer service by front personnel Starting with, you hear door open, tap bell . GREET the customer. Do not make them ring bell twice and still don’t greet customer just holler just a minute. And make them wait even longer. I arrive at 4 minutes after 4 pm. Finally open window 1st time. Finally send them into an oven. Warehouse gentleman was very courteous. No one had given him any info.
We finally left after a little after 4:30
Rude front desk had over 2 hours to get everything ready and let warehouse men know. And how about you bring it to customer where you know it is air conditioned

Greg came at 11 pm on a Sunday to refill my husband’s oxygen when it was out. He was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. What a lifesaver Greg was to us. We’re so grateful for Rotech and Greg, and we can now relax about my husband being on oxygen 24/7 knowing we have such a great supplier!

This is the worst company from day one of dealing with them. Delivery to wrong
address, won't pick up when call. Had to bring equipment back to them because they kept losing paperwork. Even trying to drop it off was filled with incompetence at desk. Not knowing how to fill out forms. Took over 45 minutes just to get receipt.
