Terrible customer service. I was looking at colognes and the lady rudely shouted for the check out dear I need to give her the cologne I want if I want to purchase it? I hadn’t even picked one out. When did this become a thing at the store? I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Have patience!!!!I've been to different Ross stores over the past few days looking for one particular cover wrap. They have a large selection of clearance. However, the clearance is large because they have not gotten new clothing shipments for some time now.So unless you have time to go piece by piece on each rack, go somewhere else. The entire store is down to slim pickings.With that being said, you still have a good chance at finding a couple of pieces you'd like to add to your wardrobe.
