If I could give negative stars I would in a heartbeat.The product selection is decent but the employees treat people like dogs. I have escalated the experience from today to highest corporate management. What’s worse was that the worst treatment came from a manager. I’ll never be back and probably will not buy from this chain ever again.

Amazing, I've been living two blocks away for five months and finally decided to go in. If your into name brand shoes, pants and other, this is the place for you. On top of all that everything is cheap,for the brands. Spent 25$ and got a pair of Pumas and 15-19 bucks for name brand pants. It seems the bring stuff in often and the lines move moderately fast. Great place to get you swag up on a budget :)

Everything was awful there. It was all messy and unorganized, and surprisingly, they didn't have much. The only good thing was this nice short and young lady at the register a few weeks back.

So the price on sweatpants was 9.99. when I got to the register, they wanted to charge $16.99. the manager informed me that that ticket was the old Burlington sales tag. I asked her if Burlington is selling it for 9.99, then why would I pay $16.99 at Ross? Frustrating.
