Extremely disappointed. This is the newest location in the area and the worst one yet! The entire store was very unpleasant to look at. Very unfortunate as this location seems to have A LOT of foot traffic but wow I walked out soooo fast! Walked right on over to Burlington.

I visited over the weekend, and on an early Saturday morning, I was on the hunt for some new shoes. Unfortunately, the shoe section was quite disorganized, with mismatched pairs and sizes all over the place. I decided to leave due to the overwhelming chaos.

Always has long line with only 2 cashier and now they are stopping you at the door as if it isnt a couple feet from the cashier how would someone put something within the 5 steps to the door come on this is ghetto the white lady checking the receipts just grab our bag to open it without asking after checking the receipt

White lady loss prevention checking everyone’s bags and receipts and marking them with a yellow highlighter as if this was Walmart. You think you come here for a nicer Ross nope this is ghetto! As if people are going to steal something from the line to the door. The ghetto ppl who steal are stealing and put it in their pockets not the shopping bag. In that case Pat down people if you will. So ghetto do not recommend shopping here. And seriously people who are stealing from ROSS DO BETTER. Oh and also asked my 4 yr old nieces to check their bags Not a nice experience at all!

A friend of mine tried to take shelter from a "tornado" during the storm on 5/16/24 and was denied I would give this place a 0 star but unfortunately there isn't a 0 star rating.

The manager had a nasty demeanor as she was walking around the store and she was rude to the cashier while I was checking out. She pressed her to call the next customer even though I was not done with my transaction. What if I had a question? There was not many customers in the store and maybe just 3 in line. Perhaps she stops projecting her stress of “management “ on the cashiers they can provide better customer service.
