The customer service is terrible. We purchased a coffee table and had to drive 30 min to a warehouse to pick up only to be told that it take two hours to prepare. When we called the salesperson she said she spoke to them and would call. She then placed us on hold indefinitely. They have no respect for people’s time. We have been shopping for furniture all month and this was the worse one in Houston.

Excellent! Found what we wanted but the thing that made us decide to buy it is Scarlett (sales person) . She is very patient and courteous. An asset to the company !

We came in at almost closing time and sales associate, Salim, was most courteous. Not only was he patient and listened to our needs for desired furniture, he also made suggestions and took his time to show us pieces that complimented our selections. There were certain pieces that we chose that were not available, however he was quick to show us alternatives and work around preferred delivery dates for our busy schedules. I will definitely come back and request Salim for my future purchases.

Amazing experience! I've been to multiple furniture stores and this one was the best, not only because of their inventory but because of the sales people. My sales person was Marlone , he has to be the best salesperson that I've ever had. He allows you to look around and see what you like and he doesn't try to force you into getting something. He is the type of person to be up front and genuine and has one of the most amazing personalities of any salesperson I have ever dealt with. Inventory is great and their couches are comfortable and appealing. Some couched just look good but aren't comfortable, they have a great selection here and the whole experience was just fun and electric.
