Zero star
On July 18, 2024, at 6:30 pm. My son and I walked into the location in the Galleria Mall. The Hispanic lady was ringing up a customer and didn’t even acknowledge us. We’ve been shopping at this location since 2014. I never have Bad customer service. No hello nor eye con eye contact. She ignored us, we were Invisible to her.(Casper's friendly ghost). This lady did not look like the brand and didn’t represent Robert Graham. We usually get top-tier customer service.
