This is The second time washing my clothes here felt very uncomfortable. The person that works followed me around and a dog that stay here went outside when somebody opened the door and peed on my tires very unprofessional to have a dog in the Washateria

The Hispanic Lady is very racist. She told me that the card machine is broken, but she is using her card to her fellow Hispanic people, however she could not help me. I just wish racism will stop one day. I am a proud black woman who doesn't choose to be black, but society treat us different just for the color of my skin. Very sad and wicked world we leave especially Houston TX.
