i took in poontoon boat my first so called 100 hr service . such a scam i got charged $1,500 for this service now it was leaking fuel from motor. but im sure it was a simple fix . when I bought my boat from them the owner went out with me to launch it with me and he was a very ni e man down to earth . but steven his service manager is giving the name Rinckers a bad name and leaving a shit taste in the mouth .

Coming from a first time boat owner, Wes and Rinkers boat world is the place to use. They made everything so easy, from designing the boat, to finance, to picking up the boat. Answered whatever question I had and also took me out on a near by lake and showed me how to get boat set up for wake surfing and all the new technology. Will use them again when time comes to get another one.

I purchased a 2023 sea hunt 229 ultra and I tell you the whole buying process from start to finish was easy, informative, and exciting all rolled into one. I've enjoyed this boat immensely. My salesman Lee, has taken great care of me. The service department has been awesome. I'm going back to rinkers when I upgrade. Keep up the great work.

Great experience buying our boat here. Amy was awesome—knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and never pushy. The process was great/legit, including a test drive on the lake. Very easy process and no surprises when it came time to sign.

Just purchased a 2023 Supra SE. Will could not have been more helpful. Spent an hour with me at the boat show. Took me out for a test drive and spent a few hours showing me all the features. Great experience and great people, from the owner to the sales group to the service folks. It's the only place to buy a boat and the Supra is the best value for the $$. I have purchased all my boats from Rinkers and will continue to do so in the future!
