Went in with my fiancé today to get Christmas gift ideas. Kathy was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!! She answered all our questions and pointed us in the right direction for our needs. We were even able to try out several sets of darts. This place is amazing. They have everything you could possibly need to up your dart game. What’s really cool is they have tons of other fantastic games there as well. We will definitely be coming back and giving them our business. Thank you again for all of your help Kathy.

I made a 48 mile drive from the other side of Houston and have NO regrets! SO worth the trip. I thoroughly enjoyed my first trip here. I'm so grateful to Gabriel for the time he took to explain so many of the available products. I learned more in an hour than the whole time I've been throwing darts! The prices are very reasonable especially considering this place is one of a kind. Rick's is an iconic part of Houston and our city is lucky to have it!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting this establishment twice now. The first time was to purchase a new set of darts. Nikki and Kathy were knowledgeable, accommodating, patient and so extremely helpful, in my purchase decision. The second time I was there, I met Gabe (Gabriel), who also took the time to help me. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to help me solve my problem. He knew exactly what I was after, and gave me some great recommendations. Furthermore, he was honest and didn’t just try to sell me something that didn’t suit me best. Quite the contrary actually. Because of this fact, I ended up purchasing more than I’d gone in the store for. I was happy to do it and left excited to try it out. These employees exemplify how all sales staff should behave; professional, accommodating, no high pressure sales. Just good people who genuinely want to help you. This store will have my business exclusively from now on for these type of gaming needs.
If I had to say one con, it would only be I wish y’all had a store closer to me, but the fact that I made the distant drive twice, speaks to the quality of the staff and products they sell. Thanks for being so great guys! Catch ya on the flip.

First time going here. Nikki and Kathy were amazing and knowledgeable. It took my wife and I a couple hours trying different darts and configurations and these 2 girls were so great!
