Mostly empty with a lot of really low quality retail and a small number of desirable businesses and pay parking? Lol nobody is going to pay to visit your empty mall goofy.

Rice village always has such a fresh, young, trendy, spendy and hip vibe to it. Always like to swing by. I'm a little sad Mi Luna is gone, had alot of great times and first dates there! Thanks for the memories!

I especially recommend you go to the university campus. A very beautiful village
