We love RVAH. My dog recently got spayed and the scar is almost not noticeable. Very well done! The location is convenient and communication is always great. We truly feel like they care about our puppy!

Rice Village Animal Hospital took care of my dog for 3 years while I was living in Houston. They were always professional, and I greatly enjoyed all of the veterinarians that I had the chance to meet during our visits! The only reason I am no long a customer is that I moved out of state, and I was sorry to say goodbye.

This was my first visit to the Rice Village Animal Hospital. I was immediately impressed by the physical separation of the cat and dog waiting rooms. The assistant who first saw my cat, Jazz was engaged, caring, and sweet and wanted to know everything about Jazz. She asked great questions and answered all of mine. She completely relaxed Jazz. I did not expect to meet Dr Krueger during this routine physical, but he introduced himself and we chatted about Jazz for several minutes. I spend less time talking to my own doctor during my annual physicals. Jazz's test results were emailed the next day along with a very kind letter providing context. I could not be happier with the care Jazz received.

I spent a lot of time back and forth with these people getting an account set up since we were to be in town for medical purposes for a month and my little dog has cancer. After sending them all his records and being assured if needed, they would get him right in, there came a time I needed them. My little buddy got an ear infection and I called them. They said, the earliest they could get him in was 5 days, no sooner. Unacceptable. Maybe they treat their locals better, but Bandfield (Petsmart Vet) got him in next morning and he was treated and was no longer in pain by the time these people would of seen him. So if traveling don't use Rice Village Animal Hospital.

I took my dog Baxter to the vet because I was concerned about the warts he had growing on his body. The front desk and assistant were very kind and welcoming when we arrived. When the vet entered the room,he made me feel very comfortable. He talked to me about the warts and what I can do at home to ease any pain or irritation. He also told me what to look for incase the warts become a problem. The assistant was also helpful in setting up online pharmacy for flea and heart meds. Over the 15 years I've had Baxter, I have gone to several animal clinics but I always come back here.This is the only animal hospital Baxter and I like.

Rice Village Animal Hospital has taken excellent care of my kitten! He was found outside on the tire of the truck and is now a big, strong boy thanks to Dr. Krueger, Fatima and Blu! They even sent an update after his neuter surgery :)

Dr. Kreuger is hands down one of the best Vets we’ve ever had! I took our dog Peanut there for years before my wife and I had to move states. The vet techs are also so kind and were always so sweet and gentle with her while also being so attentive to peanut’s and our needs. We can’t say enough good things about this place. We will miss them so much!

Dr.Krueger was nothing short of amazing. Went in for a first time vet visit and puppy shots and he treated my dog with so much care. He answered all questions i had and seemed genuinely interested in the wellbeing of my dog unlike other vets. I will be coming here for all my visits from now on
