Before and after, Thank you to Rev Collision!!! I came here without knowing they would do a great job, especially on the color match! They made sure to take care of everything that was damaged during the accident. Another great thing is the warranty they give you with them. Very much recommended.

Awesome place, I definitely felt super comfortable the second I walked in there. Everyone was so nice & helpful with the crashing of my car. Being a female, I normally feel out of place in car shops but they made me feel comfortable. Great people, would recommend 10/10:)

Alex, Robbie, Maria and the entire Rev team were fantastic when I brought them my car when it was t-boned. I had only had it a month and it was basically new and they fought to get the best parts and committed to returning to the car to how it was before the accident. They not only met that expectation but surpassed it. Highly recommend anyone in the Bear Creek/Cypress area use Rev Collision when you need your car repaired. Alex and Robbie were honest and transparent in all discussions and Maria made sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next. Thank you.

Do not let the tow truck driver convince you to tow your vehicle here. We needed to transfer to another shop and was charged over 3.5K for storage and towing. Getting the vehicle transferred was a nightmare. Phone calls were not answered for days and when someone finally answered, the paperwork to transfer the vehicle needed additional information or they were having technical difficulties and could not print or email the information. These stall tactics delayed resolution an additional week. At one point I thought we were going to loose the vehicle. The tow truck driver for the new shop said that they demanded cash before allowing him to take the vehicle. I’m sure they do a great job on repairs but the business practice seems shady and I would recommend towing the vehicle home or to a shop that the insurance company recommends to avoid this type of anxiety. If in a pinch, I would avoid this shop and go with a more trustworthy option.

If you wish to be TREATED AS SOMEONE REALLY SPECIAL, you want to deal with REV. They take of all the problems outside of the repairs as well as do a FANTASTIC JOB ON MY BABY CAR.

This is the BEST Auto Shop I have gone to in a very long time. EXCELLENT service by Rabea as well as the girls in the office. Very clean and well kept office. Rev Collision is now my official repair shop! Thank you for all you did to get my car back on the road!
