Lived at this place for over two years. the previous management team was amazing and responsive. This new team on the other hand......just save your money. You will spend $1750 to feel like you're getting trafficked, oh wait that did happen when living here. The gate will be broken and you will have people block in your car, trying to literally traffic you. Your car will get towed because there are no free spots available. If you are lucky you can also receive an infestation of German Roaches (which if you google are impossible to get rid off) even though you are paying for pest control. If you have any questions for the management team, don't. their egos do not allow for you to have a conversation. They will threaten you with nonsense instead of conversing with you like professionals. I had the police called on me because I did not allow one of their employees to talk over me. Its fine I just assumed his low testosterone was affecting his mood. ( I hear it is a symptom of ED). There are also a lot of creepy men who linger around. If you are a women, I would beware. I had to start walking around with mace, and a taser. I wish I could give them zero stars.

It’s very hard to communicate with management, no one in person to talk to. Always texting.
I had lived here about 7 years, I am still here because I have 1-2 years to retire and was waiting to do so and move definitely into retirement place.
It’s upsetting when you just renew contract and they breach contract, hopefully a mistake. I will not find out til they answer text, because management never talks to you in person.
The management company for last 3 years been terrible. And now we pay for Amenities.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I applied here, paid $236, waited two weeks, and still received no response. All I kept hearing was they needed rental verification, which shouldn't take weeks to obtain. When I requested to cancel my application and was promised a refund, they are now giving me the runaround and refusing to return my money. Please save your money; the lack of professionalism here is evident. I feel like I've wasted my hard-earned money.

We are new residents only been here about two. In the beginning there were a lot of issues with unit number which was changed and we were not notified until a few days before our proposed move- in was to happen. ( This was a big disappointment to my husband and I but because he's not 'fiesty like me I was very reluctant to move here. There was a very noticeable overwhelming"stench" , some, appliances not working properly plus other issues that made me want to walk away from this place and leave my husband where he was since he was dead set on staying here. I said all this to say yes I stayed (lol) and now I feel better. All requested repairs/replacements are being expeditiously AND this is due to 3 people - Bri leasing person (beautiful spirit and a sincere passion for what she does), Wayna, the property manager, poseses a sincere desire that his residents are his first concern and they are satisfied ( he and Bri together make an amazing awesome team. Last but surely not least Roland maintainance supervisor was the epitome of a true Supervisor - he got things taken care of as soon as parts/ECT wererec

I’ve only been living here for about 6 months and issues galore. The only person I give I high applause too is the Maintenance Guy. Super great, always fixes everything in a timely manner. Bugs everywhere. No matter how many times you call pest control bugs still live with you. I have cracks in my whole apartment. Falling parts of the wall and management does NOT care. Crazy right? Not to mention my apartment just got broken into and they don’t seem to care. Please DO NOT waist your hard earned money to live here. You’ll only become a victim to burglary. Manager would care less about any issues.
UPDATE: Roach HEAVY infestation. It’s actually a super health hazard. No matter how many times pest control comes these bugs DO NOT leave. They are living in the walls and cracks. Management needs to do something about this, because no one should be living with this issue.

Used to be a really great apartment then the office staff got replaced and then new staff members are terrible at their jobs The office is always locked Good luck getting a hold of anyone

Here's to another review. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They double charged me my rent and will not give me my money back. So calling the bank but lady at the front said I'd be charged a fee for this. Makes ZERO sense. I called about 5-10 times no answer. Y'all this place is a joke. Move somewhere else.

Roach Infestation, Packages getting stolen, Car broken into and attempted hot wiring, raised rent. These apartments are absolutely terrible and the management is even worse. Nobody is ever in the office as usual and they don’t respond to emails unless I send multiple or call. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
