This is by far the most professional, trustworthy, quality, and affordable mechanic shop I've ever been to. I've been going directly to the dealership's certified mechanic shop my whole life, and I'm sure you've been able to tell the level of trust was never great, but it's significantly declined in recent years. Now, all the manufacturer's are just trying to squeeze as much money as they can possibly get away with. This is one of the many areas where Reliable Auto shines. From the beginning to the end they are helpful. insightful, don't rush you, make you feel like family, and are completely up front with you about everything. They will take the time to explain things if you have questions. They don't talk down to you or make you regret even asking. I'll be taking all my auto-work to them from now on. If it falls outside their scope of competency, I will ask them who I should go to. Trust is priceless here, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Terrible place. They saw our black faces and immediately dismissed us and threatened to call the police. Funny because little did they know my mother is Punjabi and my father is Moroccan. But all they saw with 3 ninjaz with braids. Despicable.

I had an appointment set up to pick up a car at 2:00pm. Arrived at 1:55pm and told them I was here to pick up a car. Was told the car hadn't arrived yet and that it was about 40 minutes away then they would have to do a check in. I wait patiently, about 80 minutes pass and I ask for an update. I'm told it's about another 30 minutes and they are trying to get in touch with the driver, that tells me they have no idea when the car will be in. Now I'm wasting my afternoon waiting who knows how long for a car no body knows where it's at.

I absolutely love this shop! Customer service is always excellent. They genuinely care about their customers and offer the best the best prices in Houston! I won't take my Lexus anywhere else.

Reliable Autos is state vehicle inspection, car repair, and maintenance shop in the Heights neighborhood of Houston, Texas. When I arrived, the technicians in the garage didn't speak English, but they pointed for me to go into their shop to speak to the front desk for any services I needed. After checking in, I gave them my insurance information and handed them the key. +State Vehicle Inspection for $25.50 - This was completed in under 10-minutes. If you use a credit card, they may charge $2 extra, so use cash. If you bundle this service with something else like an oil change, they will eliminate this extra charge if you use a credit card. - 5/5 +Synthetic Oil Change for $64.90 - This was completed in under 25-minutes. - 5/5 Overall, I was very happy with the service I received. It was quick, easy, and they had fair prices. There are negative reviews about their service, but this could possibly be cultural differences. This place seems to be run by owners from a Muslim country as there are Qur'an religious texts with their magazines in the waiting area. Focus on just the quick turnaround and price, and I promise you that you will be happy!

Went back like 3 times for inspection... first time they told me to drive it a certain millage, so I did after getting the things fixed and the check engine came back on! Got it fixed and drove it again for 300 miles just to make sure! May car is matte and they said they couldn't pass it because of the lights and tint, something that was never addressed the two previous times, out of all the times I've gotten tickets or other inspections never had it been and issue! They got rude with me and didn't like the fact that I stood up for myself, as they're use to the employees ( that I'm sure need the job and legal status maybe questionable)..! The old man is rude and they treat their employees like s**t

Hands down my favorite place for a car inspection. They're very honest and fast. If your car needs something repaired for inspection, they'll handle it inexpensively and on the spot. For example, they fixed my headlight for about 1/4 of what another place was going to charge me just to look at it. Whole thing took about half an hour.

Honestly if it wasn't for the guy who inspected my truck taking my loose change I would have left a 5 star review. I witness the lady at the desk do an amazing job of handling every customer that came in with quick and amiable service. But once I returned to my vehicle I discovered the change that was left in MY cup holder was no longer there I quickly changed my opinion of this place. Needless to say the total amount of coins taken was insignificant for me to have made a big deal it was more of the integrity of their employees. I would not recommend this place unless you are willing to forgo your stuff being taken. I am aware of the signs to gather your personal belongings but if you see something that is not yours simply don't take it especially if it's not your vehicle.

The worst experience in my life! The costumer service sucks, the way how they dined to do an inspection was supper horrible! I hope God open their eyes and make them a little bit smart just to know how to give a good costumer service.NO is the most used word for them! NO NO AND NO. They didn’t ask, they didn’t check, nothing just NO.

Quick and efficient service for a state inspection and oil change. I've gone on mornings during the week and never ran into any wait longer than 30 minutes. Though it's not the nicest looking facility and the waiting room could use a lift, I would still come back since it's convenient, close to home, and keeps my car running smoothly.
