They Bashed the side of my car badly during routine maintenance. Thank fully they sent the car to be repaired at a body shop. Unfortunately the body shop was amateur and did a pretty poor job. Subsequently I Was without a car for nearly three days due to no fault of my own. No refund for the repair work or compensation for the inconvenience/costs incurred. When I received my car back it was absolutely filthy covered in thick mud. When I asked them to clean it they shrugged and advised it was their fault. Terrible service. I think it’s fair to say that Reliable auto sales is extremely unreliable. Avoid at all costs Houston.

I have had the worst experience with this used car sales place. I have paid almost $2000 for repairs. Leave my vehicle to be fixed, picks up drive from Wednesday oflast week until today, to find it it stopped in Nuetral over 5 times, I called back up to let tjem no whats going on with my vehicle. I was told ,what well bring it back and and tbeyll look atit, if its not what tbey done, I jave to pay. Theydont check your vehicle putthoroughlt

This is by far the most professional, trustworthy, quality, and affordable mechanic shop I've ever been to.I've been going directly to the dealership's certified mechanic shop my whole life, and I'm sure you've been able to tell the level of trust was never great, but it's significantly declined in recent years. Now, all the manufacturer's are just trying to squeeze as much money as they can possibly get away with. This is one of the many areas where Reliable Auto shines. From the beginning to the end they are helpful. insightful, don't rush you, make you feel like family, and are completely up front with you about everything. They will take the time to explain things if you have questions. They don't talk down to you or make you regret even asking.I'll be taking all my auto-work to them from now on. If it falls outside their scope of competency, I will ask them who I should go to. Trust is priceless here, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Terrible place. They saw our black faces and immediately dismissed us and threatened to call the police. Funny because little did they know my mother is Punjabi and my father is Moroccan. But all they saw with 3 ninjaz with braids.Despicable.

I had an appointment set up to pick up a car at 2:00pm. Arrived at 1:55pm and told them I was here to pick up a car. Was told the car hadn't arrived yet and that it was about 40 minutes away then they would have to do a check in. I wait patiently, about 80 minutes pass and I ask for an update. I'm told it's about another 30 minutes and they are trying to get in touch with the driver, that tells me they have no idea when the car will be in. Now I'm wasting my afternoon waiting who knows how long for a car no body knows where it's at.

The car dealer named Ali promised me that the car I bought from him was in good condition, with no issues, but not even a week later the steering wheel was having issues and the car began smoking. The smoke turned out to be coming from the engine as the pcv valve was broke and oil was leaking into the engine. The power in the engine was also very weak. My mechanic even told me not to drive the car again as it could cost me my life. I spent my savings on this car and it turned out to be a big waste. I am furious. IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A CAR, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING IT FROM HERE!!!!!! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. They sold my sick mother a lemon that cost her entire savings and claimed it was a great car that worked like new. The day after purchasing, the check engine light came on. A week and a half after purchasing the car won't even start. Now my mom is down several thousand dollars after being promised a good car with no way to get to her doctors appointments or work. This is a very shady and unreliable business. Save yourself from getting scammed and buy from anywhere else.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM RELIABLE AUTO SALES!I guess I bought a LEMON from them last Monday, June 12, 2023.The check engine light came on the next day, I had it checked out, called Ali Jr., he reminded me I bought the car without warranty but he would fix whatever code came up when I had it checked out. He kept it for a day, when I got it back, the check engine light came on again. Now today, the following Tuesday, I get in, and the vehicle will not start at all.I am dealing with AML Cancer right now and don't have much money to spare, but my vehicle was totalled in an accident the Saturday before, and I still work, so I needed a vehicle right away with a cash budget of only $6000., which is what I paid for the LEMON.I can not believe some people do business like this.I'd give them no stars, but then I wouldn't be able to leave a review.

I have been taking my Toyota Rav4 to this place for several years now. They have always been very honest about what repairs are needed and done the repairs at a good price. If there is ever an issue with the repairs, I know I can go back and they will make it right.
