I bought my fiancé’s engagement ring from here a few months ago and the whole process was great. I did a custom design with Bert in store. It was so quick it caught me off guard. They made the ring quickly and the price was really reasonable compared to what I was seeing online at other places. I wanted to support a local place and they did not disappoint. I’d highly recommend!

These folks know their stuff! I came in looking for a special gift for my wife for our 30th anniversary and within 1 minute they had the perfect item for me. I did want some customizations made and they turned it around a week ahead of schedule. They were so good at keeping me up-to-date and letting me know when the item was ready. And she LOVED it! Recently bought a custom designed ring from Reiner's, I highly reccomend them. The emerald cut diamond they suggested was really good with the qualities that I was looking for.Total time it took was roughly a month- from the start of my inquiry to final hand-off of the ring.Bert was excellent in both communication and design of the ring. The ring turned out exactly as I envisioned and the price was fair. I will definitely be a return customer of Reiner's as they have won me over with their excellent service and quality.

Wanted to upgrade my diamond and had originally bought from Reiners which they guaranteed 100% full value if traded in. They lied. Steven did not want to sell me another diamond at the price it was listed for because he would have taken the loss on the diamond trade in. I took my business elsewhere.

Went it to see about getting a ring resized that I was told by the original jeweler could not be sized any smaller. Bert was super helpful, walked me through all of my options, and ended up having my ring fixed there on the spot in about 10 minutes. Great customer service and beautiful selection. Everyone we spoke to there was so helpful and knowledgable. We will be back!
